the aircondition in the rooms did't work

The staff was very nice. The sleeping bed was comfortable.

The bed in the living room is old, dirty and extremely uncomfortable. There is not enough hot water in the water heater to wash your hair while you bathe because they hammered a nail into the water heater so that the temperature cannot increase. The air conditioner is old, dirty and barely works. One evening we could not open the door with the card and we went to the reception three times to have that solved. There are hardly any utensils in the kitchen.

The shower floor got flooded while taking a shower The shower head was spraying water in all directions One young lady at the reception was not really cooperative (may be cause of language barrier)

The staf were nice

Justo one fork for two people, we had to ask for blankets because it was too cold and the heater didn't seem to work, we were later explained that it takes a lot of time to start, Wich would be nice to have been informed before leaving The apartment wasn't properly swept and moped, the sheets on the bed are uncomfortable, the couch can barely be called that, the hot water in the shower is scalding hot, and the pressure too high, furthermore, the glass door on the shower is too small so everything gets wetThe only good thing about this place is the staff, they were very nice, polite, and helpful.

The room was not very clean, the walls were very dirty, it amelled a bit mouldy, the mattress was dirty and had only a sheet on it that kept sliding.

Nice and big flat ventilation are amazing and nice balcony

We had to change our booking dates due to schedule changes, and the staff responded quickly and issued a refund. They were very flexible and helpful!

The pictures shared on booking.com weren’t even close to what we experienced but the location is good because it’s close

The whole apartment smelt like fish . The fridge was disgustingly smelling like fish . Anything we put in the fridge smelt like fish . We couldn’t carry anything in from the fridge because it smelt like fish .The dude that received us wasn’t very polite . Iam not sure why he asked for my credit card number ??‍♂️ and he asked for it aggressively after asking him what he needed it for.

Very dirty, in the appartement we found flies,mosquitos, cockroaches,mouse .

It's a very good place and in the night can sleep very silently

They gave me the key inactive. I arrived late at night. I was very tired, but the key was not activated. Also, the next day, I had the same problem .and there are only one bus for the city no more public transport

Nice staff and enough amenities.

The room was not clean. The balcony had a layer of dirt on top of it and there were rests of food from previous customers all over the floor. Makes you wonder whether they clean at all.

It was spacious and had kitchen.

the mattresses are old and incredibly saggy, towels weren’t clean, floor wasn’t clean, very high audibility (woke up multiple times in the early morning because people were talking or walking around).

It has parking

It was dirty, stains on bedding, bathroom was not cleaned properly, bathtub and shower have seen better days so many cracks, the blinds didn't roll down... The issues were many. It's also far from everything so if you're not renting a car it's not the place for you and if you need something delivered to your room just know that delivery drivers do not go to that area no matter which service you use. They have a cafe with very limited options and if you're vegetarian or vegan then no options at all

A generous space for an apartment

The layout of the residential blocks were more like on a housing estate and the parking spaces poorly signed a illuminated.

The apartment was huge, with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms, a large terrace and kitchen with a washing machine! Pool was closed until summer, though the jacuzzi was supposed to be open and wasn't, but looks nice and us bug enough!

Food at the restaurant a little overpriced for what it was but lively staff!

Breakfast was not included

5 of the windows would not lock in room 1008 ant the patio doors would not lock we had to drop down all the metal security shields to go out and feel safe to leave our belongings in the room The cleaning was absolutely disgusting inside both of the bathrooms were filthy and under the sofa in the living room also under all the beds in the rooms were dirty and had not been cleaned

This property was semi clean, semi comfortable but the overall vibes were not good. Didn’t seem the safest. Every night there were crazy sounds at 5 am. The first night an alarm went off and the second people were screaming as if they were being murdered. The bus was unpredictable so made it hard to get into town. Maybe look into other options especially if all girls.

Convenient situation, quite and easy parking bay around

If you enjoy drinking warm water on winter mornings, please remember to bring your own kettle, as this apartment does not provide one.

I liked the price and how convenient it was to get to the airport and Alicante city centre. The size of the apartment too for the money also was a bonus. It was kept really clean.

The loud banging and noise coming from the gardeners at 730am with no warning for hours. Would've been nice if someone did mention this would be happening when we arrived. I found this was really disturbing to our stay. Also the loud banging of door and people too, could hear throughout the whole building. I believe a new deposit situation should be put in place as i had to call and chance up my €200 which i was told i would receive back the morning of my departure. Had to call when landing back home to ask them to sort this, which was done straight away!
