The room was not very clean when we arrived. The bathroom and all the furniture are very old

It was a great central location and had close accessible parking. We could see the ocean from our room and the staff was friendly. It was clean and pleasant. There were also stores on the same street for groceries and other supplies.

A little small and a little noisy with the other guests but not bad and still nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was ok

The toilet was very old in very bad condition. Bed was not comfortable.

Good location- walkable distance to the beaches, ferry and town center, supermarket 2 minutes away.Room (201) was clean and comfortable, towels and bed sheets were changed everyday.The Lady in reception didn't speak English very well, but she was friendly and helpful.We read some bad reviews coming here, but we were satisfied with the room. The accommodation in this part of the island is expensive everywhere, the hotel was one of the cheapest in Palau and that's what we needed- a place to shower and sleep, if we ever come back to Palau we don't mind staying here again.

Good room and kind staff. Very easy to reach to city center and city beaches by foot, less than a 10 minute walk.

The bathroom could use some renovations, but ok.

Very friendly staff, quiet area, walking distance to the beaches and the centre of the town. The staff really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and looked after, particularly the room cleaning staff.

A clean and solid accommodation at an affordable price.

As my stay started before the beginning of the main season, I was transferred from Palau City Hotel to Palau Grand Hotel; communication concerning this was minimal: a short phonecall without much explanation a few days in advance, followed by written confirmation on request. The furniture did not really fit the size of the room - most notably, the chair at the table blocked the way to the wardrobe and to the window, so it had to be moved around all the time. In the beginning, the refrigerator in my room did not work, nor did the second refrigerator which I received as a substitute; the third one was fine.

Very cosy, clean room. Free parking opposite the hotel and great spot to walk into the town from.

I really liked this accommodation. The staff was very helpful in everything we needed all the time.Our room was really good and the only downside was that the door of the furniture where the mini-bar was in was slightly broken so we had to be careful to avoid breaking it even more.For the rest, everything was perfect and the location couldn't be better!

Room was clean, spacious. Balcony had a nice view. Free parking in the lot across the road.General store is 2 buildings over. Grocery store (SPAR) is 4 buildings over.The harbour and the shops are 10 minutes walk away (shortcut is to just cross the abandoned rail line on the other side of the parking lot -- the locals have worn an obvious path in the grass/scrub).

Breakfast was bit expensive ( 12 euros per person per day ) compared to other locations -- but coffee was free.There was a safe in the closet but the key was gone so it could not be used (front desk staff said previous customers had probably taken the key with them).

Location is convenient. Easy to park.

Nothing spectacular. If only for 1-2 nights and not expecting luxury, this might be enough

Breakfast was expensive and not covered with our stay, the beds were uncomfortable, the hotel felt outdated. It was quite expensive.
