The property was well located to see many other sites around de Gallura region. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent and Francesco went above and beyond to prepare eggs when it is not customary Italian style. Grazie Francesco. Also staff provided guidance of places to see around the area.

Soo.. this hotel was big disappointment. It was really expensive for what was it.. The room looked like student dorm. It smelt like stinky feet and bleach. Noone came to clean it.. Its hotel i supposed there is cleaning servise. I asked for fresh towels, owner told me i dont have it in a price! 400 euro for 3 nigths!! When he saw my pissed face he got me some. Fresh towels didnt smell fresh... again like stinky feet. They told me to clean the kitchen after our stay..? Really? Garbage smelt there for 3 days. It has kitchen.. we were cooking so we needed to take garbage out every day. Sink in the bathroom was jammed and the shower too. Like if it would be half of price i would be okay with it but like that.. NO!!

Having a room that looked like a flat was great! The owners were extremely nice and attentive. Great location!

The staff is incredibly kind. They made us feel home right away <3. The bed is comfortable, the bedroom's size is great, there's AC and the breakfast is delicious with lots of variety. There's a public parking right in front of it and you can access the beach by foot in 15min. I would definitely come back!

Francesco is extremely welcoming, generous and helpful. We felt straight away welcomed and looked after. The rooms are basic, but very clean, with good air conditioning and tv, fridge and a terrace. Very good restaurant just next door and walking distance to the beach and a little market. Good breakfast, with different croissants and fruits every day, lactose free and gluten free options available.

The father and son duo is fantastic. Very warm welcoming. Breakfast was also good. Everything was great and wonderful. Parking in front of villa. Beach is near by too.

We were welcomed very warmly. The room was very nice with a great AC, big refrigerator and even a washing machine which worked like a charm.The breakfast was great and there was a wide choice.The hotel is managed by father and son who are very lovely, friendly and always helped us when needed.We can absolutely recommend to stay at this hotel.

Location is perfect. Nice patio and a good sized fridge in the room. If staying longer, then bedroom, wardrobe and TV is a bit small.

The room has everything it needs. Good airconditioning, a big fridge, a terrace, comfortable beds, a nice and powerful shower and very dark curtains!The people who work there are very friendly and will make sure that you have everything you need!

The staff. They were really nice and helped me a lot. Even to go to Palau and get a scooter. It was a little bit expensive hotel but they were friendly.

That I didn’t have wifi in my room and the room wasn’t cleaned every day.
