- Location. Room with a view.
- Fantastic location in harbour area was perfect once you distemper from the ferry Staff were very friendly and accommodating on arrival
- The location was as great! Offered a good breakfast that you can eat near the dock. Room was very clean , cute ,comfortable and had space . Our room overlooked the dock which was great.
Cons -
- Small and slow lift.
- Breakfast was basic. Staff were not overly friendly. No netflix and couldn’t get tv settings to register English language.
- There’s a little refrigerator in the room. It’s a big nice, but there isn’t enough and you can take it downstairs and fill it with cold water. But the bedding is absolutely for class. It’s the best betting I’ve been in in Europe.

Great location in marina - had a spacious room and huge bathroom with a view of the citadel. Room was spotless. Sound proof windows. Bathroom whilst great offered no amenities like shampoo and conditioner and hygienic items. Old town was a 10 minute walk up a steep hill.
Breakfast was basic. Staff were not overly friendly. No netflix and couldn’t get tv settings to register English language.
It literally right on the water in the port there is probably $1 billion worth of expensive boats all along the dock I’ve never seen so many impressive votes outside of Monaco. I’m taking the ferry tomorrow over to Sardinia. I ride a motorcycle every year through Europe.

Our family room felt a bit small (can't really leave large suitcases open!) but it is to be expected in such a prime location. The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The front lobby transforms into an unexpected breakfast area in the morning, as they are using every bit of space in a smart way. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and wonderful hikes starting from the citadelle. The grocery store and the laundry place next to the hotel were both incredibly convenient.
For customers who are driving, we would suggest sharing a link for the "parking minute" a day or two prior to arrival (this is the short-term parking where one can drop off luggage and park until they get a free parking pass for another parking location a bit further away). Otherwise, it is not easy to find, and many just end up in front of a closed gate, at the other end of the pedestrian area, frustrated, with a car full of luggage. But once you are briefed by the front desk, things fall in place and it is quite convenient.
Very helpful staff. Accommodating. The reception provided me space in hotel refrigerator for my auto travel groceries that need refrigeration. However I completely forgot to pick it up from fridge upon our departure!
Wonderful stay at the Best Western. Comfy room. Location is great - right near harbor with many restaurant choices. The hotel has its own delightful spot for breakfast and drinks right next to the water. Staff was friendly and kind and even sent us away with a gift when they learned it was my husband's birthday!
view, location, free parking, shops and restaurant‘s close by,
expensive breakfast
Perfect location on the marina. With a quiet bedroom and a perfect shower meeting international standards.Supermarket on the left of the hotel, and plenty of cafés & restaurants long the marina.
Breakfast "on the street" with very small space for Buffet. Personnel OK but not particularly friendly.
It is very well located at the end of the port. Nice breakfast and you can sit right in front of the port area. Beautiful view out our window.
The parking lot is not paved so was quite muddy since it had just rained.
This property is right on the harbour in Bonifacio and an easy walk from the Sardinia ferry. Our junior suite had super comfy beds and was spacious and well appointed with a lovely view of the harbour. Great location for walking around the town and lots of restaurants nearby
Cant think of anything !
Location
Very small room. No indoor breakfast room. $15 for a barely adequate “buffet” breakfast.
Right by the port, and next to a handy SPAR. Astrid at reception was a super star!
Elevator was a bit slow, rooms on the small side.
Location on the marina, easy walk to port, restaurants, bars , supermarket next door. Very hospitable staff. Comfortable room with beautiful view of marina.
Shower screen poorly designed, leaked water all over the floor.
Rooms very small ,no parking available for motorcycle, expensive for the facility on offer
As above
The room was clean ... if a little too bare.Water available free of charge ... though you had to get it from reception.
Lack of friendliness at reception and difficulty with parking. The description made it sound as though the hotel was right at the ferry terminal ... in fact there was a hotel closer to the ferry terminal with its own car parking. We needed to check out (for ferry check-in) before breakfast started.
Well located. Staff was friendly.
First visit to Bonifacio - the staff was generally very friendly and provided recommendations for getting around. The bar also gave us free coffee which was nice of them. However… it is a complete ripoff at over €220 per night (we stayed for three nights). The room we stayed in (room 7) was dingy and lacked any sense of comfort. The window opened to an enclosed cemented wall making the room feel even more claustrophobic and dull. For the price charged, the room was incredibly sad and underwhelming. I’ve stayed in much better rooms at a fraction of the cost, with at least some basic amenities to make the stay more pleasant.Speaking of amenities, there were almost none. The toiletries consisted of a shampoo/shower gel in one, with a couple of towels – that’s it. There was a water bottle on the table, but it was empty, so I assume guests are expected to fill it themselves, which seemed odd for a hotel at this price point. This is definitely not a three star hotel.Strangely, the room also had a small kitchenette with a stovetop and fridge, but no cookware or utensils, so I couldn’t figure out the point of it. It felt like an afterthought that wasn’t properly equipped for actual use.The hotel lobby had an unpleasant smell, which didn’t help with the overall experience. Ultimately, if they charged half of what they are asking, the room might be acceptable. But for the current price, it’s just not worth it. I won’t be staying here again and can’t recommend it. They might argue that the high price reflects the cost of staying in Bonifacio, but I would point out that there are plenty of better hotels and Airbnbs available at lower rates. I chose this hotel for the reliability of a well-known chain, but in this case, the experience fell far short of that expectation.
Great location close to restaurants and marina. Bathroom a good size and great shower.
The room was very small and without 2 suitcases was very cramped. No fridge and no water in the room or milk / creamer for coffee.
Everything, staff are so nice and serviceminded, location of the hotel cant be better, its perfect in the middle of the harbor with all the restaurants and boat tours. Perfect stay and we will 100% be back
