Pros +
- Nice view ,very comfortable Friendly staff but professional Great experience in Bonifacio
- Incredible location at the edge of the old city with a perfect view of the bay! Use of the spa's indoor pool, steam bath and sauna were included with the room. Breakfast was expensive, but fine. Pay a bit extra for a room with a view!
- The staff were extremely helpful, professional and nice. The location and views were amazing. The full service spa was exactly what we needed and it was lovely.
Cons -
- Everything was fantastic.
- The only minor problem was the distance between the apartment and the main hotel complex. It could be done on foot, via many steps in about 15 minutes. The other method was to drive the car up and down, not green practice nor permitting the driver to drink alcohol. Also the drive could take 10 minutes as it was a circuitous route. BUT we were warned of this when booking so it was our choice. We would do it again, no problem, but the walk requires a degree of fitness.
- Strangely the bar had very short opening times, so great for a pre-dinner aperitif, but appeared closed when returning later in the evening and did not appear open during the day if you wanted a cool drink by the pool. But in the scheme of things only a minor irritation.

Everything was fantastic.
The hotel is situated at the same level as the old citadel. Fantastic view and literally 400 meters from the ferry port. The hotel restaurant was fantastic in presentation, food quality, and staff hospitality. We would visit here again.
We had an apartment which was based on the Marina side below the full hotel. We still had access to the full hotel amenities, restaurant, swimming pool and Spa, and parking. The apartment was on the third floor and provided exceptional views of the marina basin and the numerous extremely expensive craft using it. The hotel provided free off road parking both at the apartment and at the hotel site. The apartment itself was spacious and we could not decide whether it was a king or queen sized bed. The nearest restaurant was next door and even though being on the water front it was not at all noisy at night time.

Excellently located on the sea front with spectacular views, this was a very relaxing hotel to stay at. Our room was well proportioned and extremely comfortable with good all round facilities. A very good sized pool and with a good breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea.
Strangely the bar had very short opening times, so great for a pre-dinner aperitif, but appeared closed when returning later in the evening and did not appear open during the day if you wanted a cool drink by the pool. But in the scheme of things only a minor irritation.
The views from the pool deck overlooking the harbor is spectcular. Great service and good restaurant. Loved everything about our stay.
nothing to dislike
Incredible setting and views, very friendly staff
Coffee in room
Courteous staff, very nice room and grounds, great restaurant, good breakfast, comfortable bed.
Housekeeping services were not completed to our room on the 3rd day of our stay. We noticed when we returned from a day's outing (when we got to our room the door was wide open, with the key inserted in the lock. The bed had been made up but the rest of the room had not been refreshed) and mentioned it to staff there before we went out for dinner, but were disappointed that the job had still not been completed when we returned for the evening. Not fresh towels, unemptied trash in waste cans and dirty glasses still in the room. By this time it was too late to have anything done about it. We were leaving the next day. Otherwise everything was very nice.
Staff were helpful
The room. Old fashioned, badly designed. Electrics not functioning properly, scalding hot shower ( dangerous!)
Excellent front desk, comfortable rooms, on premise parking which is important being so centrally located. Highly recommend. Next to a great little restaurant focusing on mussels.
Great location right on the Marina in Bonifacio.
As we stayed in the annex It would have been helpful to receive an email with full explanation of the parking, codes, check-in and check-out. The property is great and we would stay again but found the four keys and openers for the gates to be overly complicated. There was also difficulty when we arrived at the main hotel as we couldn’t find parking and weren’t given the code to enter the parking lot.
Charming hotel with a beautiful outdoor area (including pristine pool) and gorgeous views. Rooms were comfortable and quiet with some nice touches re decor. The staff were universally excellent: friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was very, very good.
The hotel is a little way out of Porto Rotondo and (expensive) taxi is the only reliable way to get into town. This is not a problem if you have a car or are happy just to hang around in the hotel. The one gripe is the wine list: only Sardinian wine which is not to everyone's taste.
What an amazing spot in Bonifacio! We were blown away by the location. Pool is great, beautiful sauna & spa area. Breakfast was good. Loved our stay, wished we stayed longer than just one day! Definitely a two night minimum location.
Some of the staff had a rather disappointing attitude. The Breakfast staff in particular including the chef, he certainly didn't want to be there.
we had a room by porto which was beautifully located
beware rooms by port are 20 mins walk up a very steep hill to hotel the reason I booked was for a pool but never used as 20 mins up a 25 percent hill in 33 c heat was too far very annoyed didn’t k ow this we paid 600euro per night and had no access to pool without a long hike in heat pool closed at 630 so could not go later check in took one hour as went to main hotel only to be told had to go to port re packed car and drove all way round port to room we luckily had someone who showed us way and helpedwith cases but a stressful checking in after a long drive
view, cleanliness, service and modern decor were excellent
The location is good.
