Good breakfast for 15 euros and friendly staff

Room a bit small for 2 people

We had room #5 which was huge with a living room, separate bedroom, huge bathroom and a private terrace. Worth the upgrade specially if you are staying for a while. Breakfast is delicious and the location is excellent just a short walk to town or beach. Having a private parking makes a huge difference

Location, bed

The room. We booked the ‘last’ available room. It was also suited for peoople with a disability and spatious.We don’t have disabilities, but we didn’t see any reason not to book this room.On arrival they siad I booked a wheelchair accessable room (which it wasn’t). Also it was ditectly located at the lounge/reception and iwas a sous-terrain. So we could watch the feet of people walking by through a small window at the top of the wall. Not my interpretation of fengshui. There was no other room available.

Nice location, a few meters away central town, harbor et beach, without noise. Large room, good breakfast around the swimming pool. Parking available at extra cost.

The hotel location is very good, but the given adress was untraceable by our GPS. Once in Calvi we contacted the hotel by phone and was informed that the hotel is located on a street without a name, so we were given some directions but still spent quite some time searching for the hotel by car and by foot. A hotel sign on the main street would be helpful, as other neighbouring hotels have placed. The only sign we found was for Hotel Casa Bianca, without any mention of Best Western.

We had a comfortable room with sufficient space and a good shower. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The lovely beach was about ten minutes walk away, with walks through pine groves behind it. The old town is also about ten minutes easy walk.

A general point - local hotels and the tourist office should do more to inform visitors that the train does not run to Calvi station, but to the previous (beachside) station at Calvi Talle. Not a problem if you know beforehand, but very bewildering if you don't!

Easy location. Walking distance to any service or restaurant you’d want. Pleasant staff. Easy onsite parking (Winter). Vey happy with our choice.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location to restaurants, the marina and beach.

Very central location but at the sime time silent and peaceful. You can reach Calvi centre in 2 minutes by walk. Deep cleanliness and breakfast is rich and super good quality with typical products of the territory.

The Wi-Fi quality was very poor

The rooms where very good and especially the terrace. It is very central with a short walking distance to both city center and the beach. Friendly staff.

There are two swimming pools at the hotel, but there is tall building in front of outdoor pool that will cover for the sun in the evening.

Great location and a beautiful view from the room. Friendly staff. Free parking. Calvi is a great place to stay with lots to see and do.

No lift so it was a struggle to carry two large suitcases up two flights of stairs but we were warned of this in advance. Also no terrace with our room, which was a shame.

We had room 12 on the third floor with the terrace with a water view, which enabled us to host our 5 fellow travellers for pre-dinner drinks and was very spacious all round. The room and bed was very comfortable, clean and bright, with a coffee machine and separate bathroom and toilet. A minor leak from the shower was remedied the same day it was raised and the matter was dealt with easily and with grace by madam, who made everything simple. on top of all that, the location is fantastic - easy walking to the marina area, beach and citadel.

There were two downsides to our fabulous terrace and eastern views. Firstly, there is no shade for sitting outside, so it was too hot and bright to sit outside in the middle of the day, though the evenings were lovely. Secondly, the curtains are not blockout material, so for those who wake with the light, it was an early wake up to the sunrise each morning. Blockout material would also assist with managing heat entering and escaping via the windows. These issues will be less important to some and in winter.
