Le Saint Erasme, Hotel Eco Friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent for watching the sunset, and it's conveniently just a 20-minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was good, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff. Great atmosphere and views in inner yard, where breakfast and dinner are located. Rooms in good shape.

The view is incredible. Very tasty and generous breakfast. Swimming pool was superb. Everything is super clean. The diner restaurant was delicious! Highly recommended. Lovely atmosphere !

Great spot. Staff attitude is warm and welcoming, not always the case in France. Excellent dinners, especially for vegetarians like me, lovely. Overall I am super pleased I went there. Great place, good value for money.

Not much to dislike really. If I could improve two things, it would be; one get rid of the coffee machine and make people real coffees (like the espressos you make). Those machines are aweful, tho common. Two, scrambled eggs can be better; eggs in hotels can taste very bland - and that’s not pleasant. But these are tiny little things

We booked two family rooms. The views from the rooms were ok but the view in the café/restaurant/breakfast area was simply superb! You can sit there with breakfast (not cheap), dinner, or simply a drink. We loved the vibe! Front desk was helpful for different questions, and parking was convenient. Once there, you do not really need a car to enjoy Calvi itself and we walked and walked and walked. It felt safe enough to let our teens roam around by themselves. We enjoyed the coastal walk which starts from a monument located about 200 meters from the hotel, as well as the Calvi beach (about a 15-minute walk from the hotel). Lots and lots of restaurants within a 15-minute walk.

Breakfast was good but felt a bit pricey in comparison with other places. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very fiendly. Tasteful furnishings. Liked the ecofriendly vibe.

We were offered to charge our electric car and didnt understand there was a charge for that. We should asked as we had free charging through our car rental.

Amazing plac, beautiful interior design, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. We spend an amazing 4 days here.

A quit place with a really nice view. Breakfast staff is really friendly and warm. Good showers and enough space.

The second night my fiancee was bitten by several bedbugs. We also found one in the room the day after.We have given this feedback to the hotel staff and they have given us a new room, right under the room we had before. We heard that they vacuumed the room and later that day they gave the room to other people. Once we were at home, we inspected our luggage and found even 3 more bedbugs. We are 100% sure it were bedbugs, and not mosquito's or anything else (my father is a biologist and we went to the doctor because my fiancee was itchy a lot and the bites were ugly wounds). They have charged the new room for a bigger price, even though it was exact the same room. Normally 96 eur and they charged 105. I see on booking.com now 66 eur per night, so we feel a little ripped off. As a hotel, you really have to take this serious and do something about this. This can even happen to the best and most clean hotels, but it's how you handle this. You don't immediatly get new clients in the room... First make sure it's totally desinfected conform the protocols.Apart from this, we found the breakfast a little too expensive. The fruit salads were not fresh, croissants baked too much, not many choices, ... 19 eur/person is way too much for that.We paid 500 eur for 3 nights, 3 times breakfast and one evening meal. We think that's no ideal price/quality.

Excellent hotel, breakfast was very good, staff is friendly and the whole of the hotel is breathing customer service. 10 min walk to town. I recommend it to anyone.

Small parking lot but around the corner there is a (public) bigger one.

The staff were very attentive and easy to deal with.

A few coach tours had booked in. They were quite noisy and monopolised the hotel space and especially the breakfast buffet in the morning.

The location is magnificent. The big rooms are really nice. They moved us from a small room where the AC didn’t quite work to a very nice room. The staff is very welcoming.

Mainly the AC at night that is quite weak and stops for periods of time.

Really well equipped hotel. Room had a great view of the sunsets over the Revellata peninsula. Excellent breakfast with a great selection of savoury and sweet foods. Nice bar and swimming pool. Walking distance from the centre of Calvi.

Although the hotel has a car park, this was full on a couple of occasions and we had to park in a nearby street.

Very nice hotel, deco and breakfast, with friendly staff and nice pool, child friendly. Walking distance to Calvi but still far enough to relax.

AirCon broke the day we arrived and it was too hot to sleep confortably. Day after they bought ventilators to ease the situation, showing their customer centricity. They also offered the breakfast as compentation. Nice gestures all along. The room was a bit small for us ( 2 adults 1 child and 1 baby in a 3- pax bedroom), for next time we would choose a bigger one.

Good location in walking distance from the city. The breakfast was really good, a lot of fresh ingredients and a great variety.

It was a little bit pricier and parking near the hotel can be a hastle if you arrive a little late
