Pros +
- Great staff, clean and spacious
- Beautiful villas, private garden, friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities. Villas equipped with all you could need for an exceptional vacation.
- Pretty much everything. The property was clean, spacious clean and staff were professional and very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would come stay again for sure.
Cons -
- nothing it was perfect
- The only issue I have with the place is how they position some of their pricing. As soon as I booked, I was asked what else I wanted to buy. They offer a lot of services, which is great, and some of these services we did buy, but I didn't feel being hit up immediately after booking was the best welcome. The worst was an email asking if we wanted to pay to have our private pool heated. Now, I ask, would it not be better to charge upfront for the pool heating and then offer a discount if someone didn't want to pay the €20/day fee?
