Hard to find

Decent size room with a balcony and ocean view and view across the bay to La Ciotat with evening light. Pleasant to sit on the balcony after a long day and enjoy the room. Beds comfortable. Air condition. Breakfast is good. Free parking on the grounds. There is a small 'beach', say 1 m wide, across the road. Very close to La Ciotat and other communities, but quiet because it is outside town and a bit off the main highway.

Great location, great beach access, not crowded.

Had a hard time finding hotel as apple maps was off several hundred feet. Coffee machine broken, cold water not working in shower. All things quickly addressed.

Absolutely stunning view. Perfect place to relax. We did not have a car, so we left early (no refund even tho we still had 2 nites to stay, the 24 hr notice didn’t matter), sad on director. But, the workers went above and beyond to assist us. Very sweet. Took a taxi to and from. Finished our stay in old town La Ciotat. Lovely typical town of France. Very very clean and comfortable. Great food, beautiful beaches.

The breakfast was good.

I would not pay extra for the balcony there again. While the view was excellent, the experience was ruined by the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke from both sides. I couldn't have the slider door open at all. Really regret that. Also in the room I had there was a small dehumidifier that made loud clicking noises all night long. All Night Long. This was not a good stay, unfortunately.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area with access to the sea. Nice room and very friendly staff. Guarded parking in the hotel area.

The hotel said no pets on airbnb- but when we got there they said they would accept pets in 2 of the rooms So i had paid for a deluxe room with a terrace and downgraded to a normal room because we had a dog and i didnt want to leave her in the carSo had to then pay extra for the dog , was not offered a refund on the more expensive room i had paid forNo apology about misleading me on airbnb then had to pay for the parking as wellI really thought that was totally unnecessary

All the staff were very pleasant and they contacted me while I was on the way as it was late and made sure I knew how to get into the hotel in case it was out of reception hours

Well placed for night for us passing through. Staff were amazingly friendly & helpful - couldn’t do enough for us.

Nothing wrong with hotel - would have been nice to have a more accessible beach. But only there for 1 night.

Should provide the first cup of coffee/tea in the room. I understand that it is available downstairs for a fee but didn’t realize until the front desk was closed and I wanted a coffee.

Very comfortable hotel. Claudia in the breakfast room was wonderful. She even made us crepes. Location in relation to Marseille and Cassis was good.

Location was easy to get to and we could walk or drive to a harbor with restaurants and a beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and seemed newly remodeled. There was a beach for customers, but we were not told about it until late in the day and today it is raining.

Our room faced trees and a busy road which was too noisy to use the small terrace. We did not have internet access on our laptops to work. Although we did vacation, we also had work we needed to do. The staff was not very concerned. One of the three people was understanding but nothing could be done.

The property was in a quiet location in the forest. We had an amazing balcony that had a great view down the coast.

Staff is awesome and friendly. Sea view from the terrace is beautiful. Very delicious breakfast, clean and modern room. Close to the wild beach. Highly recommended.

We liked everything about this hotel, aria, location. Very good access to nearby restaurants, attractions. Mediterranean Sea was unbelievably beautiful! Breakfast was very delicious, fresh, homemade. Staff was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend this hotel in La Ciotat. And one more - taxi service was great!

Rooms were clean & tidy. airconditioning worked well. we had a room with sea view which we were told might be noisy with the traffic of the road - this was not the case. it was quiet and no noise could be heart inside. Staff was mostly friendly. location is okay - access across the street to a small public beach - although all restaurants & facilities are in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer which is a 15 min walk of 6-7 mins drive (if you can find parking).

we decided to extend our stay which they could accomodate. my kids however had to move room. each room has free bottles of water on entrance. My kids were thirsty so asked if they could get water, which was denied - they had to pay (1 euro each) because it was not 'first entry'. Probably they were right but it did not make us feel well treated, given the room was already >200 euro per night.
