Best Western Premier Hotel Vieux-Port

Great location.

Very difficult to find. You can not drive to the lobby for check-in. No clear directions how to get there.

Literally on the harbour. Bars and restaurants are right there

Noisy. It was windy and I can see the curtains floating around with doors shut. No shower curtain. Issues with water and internet. Expensive for what it is.

Perfect location. Comfy bed.

The room was made without care. The walls were dirty. Carpet around the shower was mouldy.The hotel wasn’t full at all it was begining of december, yet they gave my the room way in the back where the view was a parking space. Will book another hotel next time.

I´ve been to this hotel several times before in the last 10 years, always improving. Fantastic location, nice views of the port and really nice staff. Will come back

Reception is still in renovation works, but probably to have a much better one, so can´t complain

Location put me in easy walking distance of the local shipyard, where I was working.

The hotel is more expensive than others in the neighbourhood, but that is presumably a function of location and convenience.

One very rude staff member that was showing clearly she didn’t give a s… about her job both in the evening and the morning after. I think at this point you need to make big efforts to be that rude. Never experienced that before.

Great view of the port, loads of restaurants to pick from and great bars to enjoy. Bonus, the Sunday morning the whole port road becomes a market.

check in standard and staff's quality & attitute against Asian customers. the pictures of each room type in booking are not the same. the staff also not helpful to this matter.

The staff and the lcoation are what makes this hotel amazing. Great view, but the people onsite made my stay incredible

No aircon in the rooms meant the days were warm

Perfect location, next to restaurants and an evening market along the harbour, stunning views, staff were very friendly.

1. Expensive2. Wifi loosing connection every 30 seconds3. Bathroom “open space” directly facing the bed with a glass wall, giving little to no privacy4. Staff unwilling to apologize for their poor behavior (see point 6)5. Location at the old port means you will hear loud noises and music till midnight or even 1 am6. Staff cancelled our original booking due to a credit card issue and did basically no effort to reach out to us to try and fix it. Unlike other hotels I have been to, they did not try to call us to inform us of the issue so that we could fix it - they sent us a message on Booking.com few hours before the deadline and then cancelled. When we complained about it, their response was simply that “you are supposed to look at your booking reservation” and that “it is not their fault if we did not react”. This costed us precious vacation days

The location is very nice.

Wifi interrupted and stalled. Room not ready at agreed time. Receptionist promised to call but did not. Swimming pool not accessible in the morning. Need to call to receptionist from room to switch on/off the air conditioning. Extra fee for parking was not explicitly communicated at arrival, we were confronted with it at checkout. (We would have chosen differently if we would have known).

The swimming pool on the roof top with the view was amazing , the gym was nice , rooms very comfortable with air conditioning and great cleaning , excellent location , drinks and biscuits and fruits at reception . Overall we had an excellent stay . Breakfast food was very good .

The car Park spots were very small and the car park was difficult to access ( though Digicode not working well ) , the breakfast room was ok ish but nothing special and with Moskito

View was beautiful, room clean and good size.

Staff wasn't super friendly. We arrived early due to flight and staff didn't seem happy about storing our luggage for us. No option of an early check in.

Great hotel with fab roof top pool beside the old port. Lovely room in hotel beside bustling harbour. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

A little tricky to find car park at weekends when port area is closer to traffic but worth the effort.

Friendly reception from very helpful front of house staff. Amazing view from our balcony and the rooftop pool, room very comfortable and clean. Perfect location in the harbour and steps away from restaurants and shops. Underground parking a bonus.
