It said there was air conditioning. There was no air conditioning. Just a standing fan

The location was very good. It was value for money. This area, again with an ongoing regeneration process, was of interest to me. As a travelling Visual Artist, of over 40 years. Fasinating. Please excuse any gramarical mistakes with limiting dislexia.

if you do not speak French DONT GO! when I booked it said they were open all day. when I arrived after an early Lunch there was a sign saying open from 18:00. so I waited four hours! still no one there. finally called the number on the door. a very quick speaking French Woman answered telling me to type a number (double numbers plus stars and haschtags) to a pin system. then she told me to find my room where my keys were in the back of the door. in my bad French I asked twice how do I get back in? is my key enough? do I need the pin again. she said no. I did not realise at this time that there was a transponder on the keys. I arrived back after my dinner and had no idea how to get back in. if this is the policy it needs to be communicated in advance. the notices need to be changed. the guest needs to be informed and send the pin to enter in advance and the person on the phone needs to be able to dictate numbers in English if communicated in advance that English is accepted. I hope my tips will help others to enjoy their stay

This was a great place to take a rest. The air conditioning was very welcome. The room is an odd shape, but the size is very good and the bed was large and comfortable. It has a good location near many restaurants and a short walk to the old part of Martiques.

Our room stank of cigarettes someone clearly was smoking there as the smoke detector was covered in tape. The room wasn't properly aired. We tried to change to different room but nothing was available.
