Beautiful, charming room in a very cosy inviting inn. Friendly smiling helpful staff. Easy walk to the water, historic area, restaurants, attractions. Loved it.

Nothing to dislike

Lovely friendly staff that told us everything we needed to know about the town and even gave us a little map. We travelled with our large dog and they had no issues.

The door to the bathroom looked like the doors of a wardrobe, it felt a bit weird. The room was very small even though my booking said I had gotten an upgrade to a larger room.

Breakfast was quite good; a good variety of hot and cold food, and excellent coffee. The shower was very good; a decent size and powerful enough. Car parking was straightforward.

We were supposed to be upgraded to a superior room, being a Booking.com Genius Level 3. If so, I hate to think what the normal rooms were like! Broom cupboards, perhaps. The boutique moniker reflects quirky furniture, like an old school desk, a hand-made wooden structure covering the radiator (which had to be shifted to adjust the heating), etc. The only place the coffee machine could be plugged in was on the floor of the area designated for clothes hanging (there was no wardrobe).

Small room. Shower not clean. Mould on tiles. Toilet seat broken . Stairs no lift.

I liked the breakfast very much. Quality and continuous refill from the staff. The family rooom is little but very charming and cosy. Parking is available at few minutes walking. Water for free outside the rooms.

The location is perfect, just 5-10 minutes walk from the historical centre. The hotel has its own car park and a lovely terrace. Water dispensers are on each floor. Staff was a highlight of our stay: always there to help, friendly, smiley and just generally nice people.

Rooms are very small, the bathroom was basically in the room, toilet was behind the door but it didn’t close completely. Hotel provides only a soap and a shower gel (that is shampoo as well). I would recommend to bring your own toiletries. Towels look old, and were not very clean. Breakfasts were basic and we didn’t like omelette and coffee. Not enough hot options and too many sweet choices. For those who doesn’t like sweet breakfast, they only offer eggs and ham and cheese.

Location of property is excellent. Lovely hotel with loads of character and spotlessly clean. Lady on desk (didn't get her name)was very welcoming. Beautiful sun terrace to sit and relax⁹

Easy to find. Well situated within walking distance to the center with bars, restaurants. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast.

We stayed in a room with tiny bedside cubes for tables…something slightly bigger would be appreciated.

This is an old renovated building close to the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

We had the loft I.e. the bed was up steep stairs while the bath was below. If you have a need to use the facilities at night, you risk a stumble down the stairs while half awake. If this can be a challenge, make sure you take another room.The shower was crowded and felt a bit moldy.

Pleasant, clean comfortable room

Prefer to stay in a bigger room but it was very adequate for an evening stay.

Extrem too small the room for this price.No shampoo no Bodylotion..Door not easy to close from inside.Not enough electric brises? Hot water kettle has to be heated on the floor ? cheap cartonCups for coffee...bed for 2 person far too small!!!!!!For this price parking should be gratuit !!

No desk for late check-in, small tight room

Stayed one night before flying back to UK. Hotel is in s convenient location to walk to town. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were rather small. Would have struggled if staying for longer.
