Unable to check in!
Unable to check in because the staff was not present in the evening and the automated check-in box outside did not work as it said payment rejected, yet booking.com has the nerve to charge your card for the payment. I hope for booking that I will be refunded or I will file a chargeback
Worst hotel clerk I have ever encountered.
Not freindly and helpfull personel. Very unflexible and gave the impression that he could not be bothered to help me.
We arrive at 18:00 and we left the hotel at 22:00, we cant stayed because the pillows smell bad
