The room and bedding.

the heater in the room cannot be controlled by me. The noise outside my window was horrific! the area of the hotel was not pleasant at all. The fact that I could not eat in the restaurant was so disappointing even when you advertise that there's a restaurant and that turned out to be a huge lie. It absolutely is not a four star hotel. The pool area should be kept up, mow the lawn for peets sake. Do a little yard maintenance would be a lot more appealing to the eyes. TV stations are bad, shows that were back in the 70's and too many news stations

I like the courteousness of the staffs

I didn't like the fact that the fourth floor had a bad smell. It actually smelled like Pooh. Also if you are one that likes a bubbling environment, sorry to spoil it for you, the hotel is located more like in an industrial area that gets quiet at nice. But not to discourage you, it is not far from the city centre.

Room not checked before being handed over to guests. Had 3 (including "suite") has a major issue (crack in the wall, water damage, water inflitration). Changed chamber 4 times before having a correct one,The photos beautify the place but are not representative

I didnt like the liocatiin.it wasnt un touristic area in the town.near and view very close on highway.its an industrial area near the town

Friendly staff. Love the proximity to the marina and restaurants as well.

Would have been great for the restaurant to be open during lunch and dinner.

No Gym! Which is crazy since most people staying here are business travellers

No Gym and really basic breakfast, the WiFi was very poor

Super nice staff, friendly and helpful. Super clean room and bathroom. Very convenient room and nice terrace overlooking the pool.

Room and bathroom was well equipped, clean and tidy. Breakfast was great as was the food in the restaurant in the evening. All staff I interacted with were great.

No tips on the pool ques in the lobby so couldn't be used when we tried to have a game one evening.

Breakfast - didn't have it as we left at 6.30 for the airport. `No in room service was offeredThe rooms were excellent - very good design features. This is a business travellers hotel

The location. In an industrial estate.! Made it impossible to think of walking into town

Clean modern comfortable hotel with good roof top restaurant and parking . Staff were helpful and efficient . Breakfast very good .

The pool was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a Sunday but we were still shocked at the lack of services. No food on sight, no ICE in the machine.

The location is removed from the city center of Martigues. It is in an industrial area. Once inside the hotel, it is very pleasant. There are views of the river, and the view from the top floor breakfast area reveals Martigues’ beautiful sailboats near L’isle.

The Check in staff was great , the hotel location was convenient, the property is either new or well maintained (all in all great). The Restaurant was excellent (surprise) , great view and food was top notch quality.

Everything was good but workers at 5th floor (restaurant) were very kind,caring and smiling. I dont know her name but the girl who served in breakfast on 31.03.2023 was very helpfull. Thanks her.
