Friendly staff! Comfortable, felt like home

Very comfortable beds, great location and staff super friendly.

Everything was superb.

The room was quite small but it was not a big problem for us.

We were at the back of the hotel and it was very noisy on the Saturday night.

Everything was great here. Super good location, exceptionally clean. I had a good deal as they were offering a discount. I stayed in a very large room and it had literally everything from a comb to water in the fridge. They have thought of comfort the whole way. There was even a little wooden tray to use while in bed. Plenty of space. The breakfast was pretty good and suitable for all needs. I'm definitely coming back.

The windows were glorious high Spanish style which is lovely but they let the traffic noise in even with shutters and doors closed. I'm just not used to traffic noise.

The location was very central, a walk distance from main areas;The receptionist were very nice and kind;The bed was comfortable;The room overall had everything we needed for our stay.

Is not soundproof, you can hear the noises from the street/next room; The blanket was not fully covered and zipped, so it was difficult to cover yourself;The bathroom tiles were not very clean.

Everything was fine. Clean and comfortable rooms. Gentle service.

Breakfast was excellent.

In the toilet of our room there was an unpleasant smell i think it came from the drains.

Basic breakfast , but good enough, very clean property, location is near everything within walking distance

Only down side there is no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room comfortable, good full breakfast, little extras like umbrellas available to borrow, the kitchen staff preparing us a special breakdast veggie plate, sweets on our pillow from cleaning staff

Maybe an English TV channel or Netflix availabiluy, but it's a great hotel, would definitely recomnend

No slippers in the room((

Location location location. In center of Valencia and you can visit the city on foot from your hotel. 5min walk from metro station that brings to and from the airport in 30min.

You can’t regulate a temperature in your room- whole hotel has the same temperature. When someone is walking in the hallway you have a feeling they are inside your room. Don’t put your lights in the bathroom so you will have an illusion it is clean (the ventilator in the bathroom hasn’t seen a cleaning cloth since their opening). The hotel staff will propose you bike rent or city tour for a ridiculous high price (bike rent for a day is around 30€/24h and there is a bike rent shop fee meters away renting bikes for 7€/day). Also their breakfast- nothing inspirational you are better off exploring the neighbourhood and get e real breakfast.

Breakfast was adequate but overly priced and having to book a 30mins time slot for breakfast when I am paying €17 extra is not good customer service.

The location of Casual Socarrat Hotel is excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable with good amineties and cleaned every day. We had breakfast included, which was very enjoyable. Would highly recommend and would definitely return in the future.

Staff at reception very helpful. Room clean with huge double bed that was so comfortable. Location excellent in the Old town but still very peaceful at night. Overall excellent.
