Great location, perfectly situated between the beach and the city centre. The hotel felt new and was exceptionally clean throughout. The outdoor space was beautiful and a lovely place to relax.

The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay. Although it was February and we didn’t expect to need it, the room was quite warm and became uncomfortable.That said, the staff and management were very helpful and accommodating. They offered us a refund or the option to move elsewhere, which we really appreciated.Overall, it’s a lovely hotel. We previously stayed during the summer and had no issues with the air conditioning at all. This seemed to be a seasonal oversight rather than a general problem, as it was winter and the aircon likely wasn’t expected to be in use.

Exactly as described so no complaints and good value.It seemed more like a 3 star hotel simply because of the limited facilities (no gym) but the price seemed 3 star as well so I have no complaints

The air con was not working because our stay was in winter. Therefore sleeping was a little uncomfortable due to the heat

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were super nice and comfortable. The location was perfect to reach the city centre, the science museum, and the beach with public transport. We found also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

I would have liked to find more vegan options for breakfast, but I was happy they could provide some soy milk for my coffee.

We only stayed one night, but it was great. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

Friendly staff. We had a problem with an awful smell from the bathroom and they resolved it quite quickly.

We had a twin room and was given a queen room which is way too small for 2 adults

Love the building- cafe/bar on site. You can sit outside. It has a nice feel to it. Staff are very friendly. Prices are good.

I have stayed here twice and every time my room is tiny. Barely any room for luggage. Walls are sooo thin, you hear the cleaners from early morning, their cleaning trolley sounds like elephants walking over you. You hear other guests using the toilet. Pillows are very basic.

We liked the hotel — great location, easy to reach the city center by public transport, and at the same time only a 20-minute walk to the sea. We stayed during the off-season, and they were able to check us in early and even upgraded our room. The breakfast was small, but tasty.

Maybe the can improve regarding the selection of the breakfast. During 6 days the breakfast didn’t change as much.

It’s a normal property.

We were told that we got upgraded. But compared to the price of what we paid for that one night which is not cheap, the room didn’t look to be more expensive than how much we paid.The TV remote control was missing as well.We could not change the channel.We could not lower the volume.NO OFFER or SOLUTION was done by the reception for that.If the room was an upgrade and yet looked like an average room for that price, I don’t think there’s Value for Money. I’d be willing to argue the “upgrade” was just to awe us. But having seen upgrades in other hotels in other countries I have been at, the room is not at par.

Fantastic location, near bus stop, 10 minites walk to metro station direct to the airport, a few tapas bar nearby, 30 minutes walk to the beach, local shop mercadona just across the road, and other local shop nearby, staff are very friendly, clean the room daily , they also have a courtyard if you want to sit out to chill out.

This is a cute hotel not too far from the center of Valencia. The metro station for the airport is about a 5-minute walk away. Unfortunately, there aren't many restaurants or cafes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. However, you can get to the city center quite quickly by bus. The hotel itself has a lovely bar with attractive drink prices. The breakfast is great, it would be nice if they also included a small gluten-free option, but life is not perfect. The beds were very comfortable and our room was also extremely quiet.

Hmm, it seems like a 4-star hotel should still have the option to borrow umbrellas from the reception if necessary...

The hotel has a lot of advantages – it’s close to bus stops, only about 15 minutes by bus to both the city center and the beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our comfort room had a fridge, a kettle, and good air conditioning. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, it’s peaceful, and there’s a nice bar with outdoor seating. Breakfasts were decent, too.

Unfortunately, there were some downsides. We had a problem with the bathroom drainage, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout our stay. The room could also have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Lovely modern and clean room. Beautiful building and reasonably close to a metro station. Easy access to the beaches and city centre with frequent buses.

The air-conditioning in our room was faulty but when we reported it the hotel staff repaired it properly.
