Very nice hotel, located a bit on the side of old city. You can rent a bike to go around city which has more cycling paths than I ever seen.I got the kettle for the room so that was really convenient.There is fridge in the room.They offer private, secured parking for €16 a night. You have to book it in advance.There is breakfast option, but I didn't use this service.They have sauna and little pool (more for kids than adults).Staff was really nice and offered a lot of advice regarding visiting the city.

It would be much better if parking was included in the price of the room.

Very close to the main attractions (Mestalla stadium, historical centre, oceanograph, beach) 15-20 min walk to each attraction.

- unpleasant smell from bathroom- faulty electrical and mechanical installations in the building - there were two false fire alarms during our stay and a flood on communal area due to a broken water pipe that fortunately didn't affected our room

one of the staff on the reception(the young one) was very helpful and nice, but the other one was arogant. The pool and sauna were clean and nice.

the rooms were in a labirint but worst of all was our view from the window was on the licence plate of the car parked next to it so opening the blinds was inposible.

It was really not clean - hair everywhere, sheets with stains. Sink in the bathroom drain water properly.

Walls a little thin, luck of the draw, if you're on ground floor you can hear everybody walk past. Noise not as bad as most hotels.

Comfy bed and enormous bathroom. Very kind staff that helped with a friend's marathon logistics even though she wasn't staying at the hotel. Thank you.

I would have loved to be able to get some pre bed time hot water / cup of tea from reception or even a vending machine.

Rooms are an odd shape. it felt a bit claustrophobic Immediate street surrounds felt a bit down at heel

It was not far from all the shops and restaurants.

The room I had booked was not available and was only told on arriving at the hotel. So had to accept a lower standard room with no view.

Nice and comfy, good location

The neighbors were a bit loud but Jose from the reception helped us and changed our room the next day, so many thanks to him, a very nice guy!

The good thing is that there was hot shower.

There are many things that made the stay a not great experience. The welcoming is pretty harsh, I was told there was a sauna and swimming pool heated at 28C (which wasn’t that temperature for sure) I had to buy a pair of disposable flips flops and a bathing hat from them in order to use the facilities. The sauna has no clock and a temperature control device so I wasn’t able to tell how long I was in there. I had paid for breakfast and I was asked to choose a time to have it in the morning as they worked on certain slots, I didn’t want to be forced to wake up at certain time to eat but he to choose, I asked them if they could offer a dairy free eggs and they said they couldn’t as they didn’t have fresh eggs. To be honest, I am sure the night price doesn’t match the service provided. The premises are quite old and lots of broken pieces here an there. It feels like it needs a lot of work and updating. The location is good and near many buses that connect to the city centre and near the underground station as well. Although it’s a bit far from the main town walking distance.

For such an amount, you can get a better option

Firstly, although I selected the option for two separate beds when booking, after making the reservation I received an email stating that two separate beds are not guaranteed. In fact, we were not provided with separate beds. The payment process was also unusual – it was done via a non-Booking.com transaction, for which I received a payment link by email. After making the payment, I got another email saying that the “payment was unsuccessful,” even though the money was actually withdrawn from my account.Secondly, there is an unpleasant mold smell in the rooms.Thirdly, on the very first night of our four-night stay, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. This might be because the kitchen or the pool is located directly below the room, idk. When I reported this issue, the hotel staff could not offer another room, a discount, or any other form of compensation.Fourthly, the rooms have no iron, no tea or coffee facilities, and the Wi-Fi is practically useless.

Sadly the smell of drains in the bathroom was unbearable.. After the fan was on while having a shower was fine, but to get in.. It's bad

I stayed for one week. Overall I am happy with my stay in this hotel, but just expect basics, very basics. The room and bathroom were clean when I entered. They provide towels, shampoo and handsoap. They do clean the room everyday, and I had no issues with cleanness. The staff was friendly and answered helped me with my questions through my first days in Valencia. I arrived earlier than the check in time and they kept all my stuff secure and safe until check in. Even they lend me a water heater while my stay so I could drink tea in my room. I didnt buy breakfast so I dont know how it was but I saw it was served with no problems everyday. The location is really good, you can walk from the hotel to basically everywhere: Park Turia, Colon, Cabanyal Beach, universities etc.

Staff were fantastic and breakfast was delicious. Hotel was extremely clean. Great bath in room. Location is fine if you are fit however it is approximately 40 minutes to beach (walking) and about 30 minutes to the old town and Oceanographic (through a nice park) which is well worth the €38 entry fee.
