You get what you pay for.

Seems cleaning but everything is old.

The worst thing were the toilets. bad smell all the time. Not enough water in the Niagara? it was a nightmare to visit the toilet. We changed rooms and problem subsisted!

the toilets!! it’s not a good explanation that one day before it was a heavy rain and the pipes are the problem!

Clean basic provided what we needed place stay local to family.

Be nice have fried snd tea coffee making facilities.

Only good thing- Location is good for driving into València

On arrival the hotel looked grand Our room- poor , Smelly , covers had hair on them and looked as though they had been slept on already- bathroom needs renovated -bath had a hole in it that was poorly fixedLots of mold No kettle or tea facilities I went to the reception to buy tea / coffee and although workers were present , they told me I couldn’t buy till 7.30pm - this was at 5pm !

Nothing.We left as early as possible the next morning.

Bed was broken in 2.Room was dirty.Towels were dirty.Room smelt very bad.Receptionist didn't want to remedy any of these issues.

Hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful and polite

Not there fault but wish there was a pedistrian bridge over to the sea.

There is nothing in room no coffee machine no refrigerator no water…

The bar disappointed me. Opens at 19:30 and is sad and poor. No restaurant .Only a sofa for 2 people and tables with chairs to enjoy your drink. Nothing inviting and comfortable.To be in Valencia, and for the size of the hotel and pictures , You would expect a hotel with better facilities .Scramble eggs for Breakfast looked disgusting and artificial.

Breakfast was ok. They had paddel courts which looked nice but we were too busy to have a chance of using them.

I searched for a hotel with a view and close to the beach and swimming pool. But there was a motorway between the hotel and beach and the view was not great. We both smoke and there is nowhere to accommodate that. Just the car park. No bar by the pool

Room 101- wooden floor boards had gaps and 3rd bed was very uncomfortable. Not even a kettle, tea or coffee in the room. Advertised on booking.com as 5 mins walk to the beach but no access possible.

The bathrooms felt they needed renovating. Bath had a chip, grout missing on bath edge

The hotel is an out of town type hotel next to some supermarkets and petrol stations. It is out of the way and big. Plenty of space. Cheap. Shower was good.

Very old feeling. This feels like it has seen its best days and felt a bit grimy inside. Bed felt dirty and there were some black hairs on the bed sheets. I assume the cleaners just folded the sheets into the bed. If it wasn't late I would have probably gone to the desk and asked to change room.

Near to where our family live so convenient. When we booked we asked to get a coffee at bar, was told we couldn’t until 7.30pm, but we could get something at the vending machine! We paid extra for a deluxe room with sea view and on a quiet street… see pictures taken from our room!Everywhere could do with a refurb but was clean. Room had all we needed and bed was comfy.disappointing view. Had breakfast, enough choice for a filling breakfast.

Out of Valencia but very reasonably priced. Need a vehicle. Shopping centre next door for convenience shopping.

Only fast food type outlets within walking distance. Need to drive to cafes/bars restaurants along the coast.

Air conditioning worked well.

The WiFi did not reach my room. The pool is only open in June so I could not use it during my stay. The hotel is not easily accessible via public transport from Valencia; to get in and out of the city you have to walk 1+ miles and then catch a bus or a train that only comes once every hour. The roads you have to walk along to get to public transport are not very safe for pedestrians. The linen on the beds had holes in.
