Friendly staff, good location,

Gave us a 3 bed room for two people, making it a little cramped. The wi fi was slow and interrupted in the room.

Good hotel next to the modern Science and Arts complex. Super-efficient staff at reception, helping us solving a couple of errors from my side (thanks, Teresa, your are the best!)

- Friendly staff.- Very clean room.- Good view (we were on the 6th floor).- Quite spacious wardrobe and a small safe in it.- There was an electric kettle and some tea bags.- Really good breakfast (a lot of options to choose from).- Nice location (next to the Turia Garden and close to the City of Arts and Sciences).

Drawbacks:- Small fridge full of soft drinks and snacks, so there were no place for our food. - Elevators worked strange (sometimes we had to push the button several times to call one). And on the upper floors, you never know where the lift is and how long to wait - it doesn't show the floor it's located.- We had a parking spot reserved (and paid for it) although we had no car (but maybe I just didn't noticed it while booking).

Location 20 mins from centre and 30 mins from market. Parking hard to find but rooms and staff were great.

The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. The AC in our room was not working, yet they kept insisting that it was fine. When we requested a room change, they first claimed the hotel was fully booked and refused. Only after my husband and I insisted did they finally move us to another room. Unfortunately, the new room also had no drinking water which they give as complimentary.

The hotel rooms smelled of mold, both rooms my family and I stayed in had a mildew odor. While at check out I could hear other guest complaining their rooms smelled as well. Both rooms Struggled to stay cool. Not the best air conditioning system.

Clean and organised.

No functioning air conditioning. Always more than 25 degrees in the room. Because of a winter setting of the system it wasn’t adjustable.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a good range of in-room amenities. The hotel itself is well maintained, and both the rooms and common areas are very clean.The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay, which made a positive difference. The hotel has a good location, with convenient access to main attractions and public transport, making it easy to get around Valencia.

The only downside was the breakfast. While acceptable, it could have been more complete and offered more variety for the price.

The location is superb. Close to everything we wanted to visit. The room is nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast is really good and has a children's playground to entertain the kids.

The staff could be less cold. They are nice, but they don't offer support to us. In other words, you are just another customer for them. A simple question like How was your trip? Or, how was your stay with us? would make the difference. People are forgetting the human touch these days.

The room was so spacious and comfortable. There were three adults in our group and we all had enough space and comdort. The cleaners reall kept on top of things and therefore the room was kept so clean.

To be fair all was well. It is quite a walk to city centre like 30 or 20 mins depenign on where you are going but there are lots in it's area as well as easy public transport links anywhere.

The only positive aspect was the hotel’s location.

Otherwise, it was a big disappointment. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel—an uncomfortable mattress on a shaking, creaking frame. The walls seem to be made of paper, which would explain the level of noise heard at night from surrounding rooms, including flushing toilets, other guest having sex and showering.

Location is good. All major attractions are near by and walkable distance

The hotel has basic amenities even-though it was a four star hotel

Was nice and clean hotel. Close to parks and attractions. We stayed tre nights and we had excellent holiday in Valencia.

Room was lovely. Did not eat anything but the lobby was lovely as well. The location was great for what we needed and ended up being perfect.

Drink making facilities in the room was very bad for 100 euros a night it should have been much better and paper cups is unacceptable
