Room was full of light.

It didn't look like four stars. More of a three-star hotel. Breakfast was very average.

Location

The room was to hot, the A/C wasn’t working properly or basically they settled the temperature and the thermostat didn’t change the temperature

The second person at reception really tried to find a solution to our rooftop issue, which we appreciated. The location is also excellent — very central and convenient for visiting Valencia.

Our first room (for €198) felt more like a hospital room than a 4-star hotel: very small, dark, with an inside window only, stained walls, shaky lamp, and a bed on wheels. The furniture was old and uninviting.We were moved to another room (a nice gesture), but it had two twin beds on wheels that kept separating during the night, and the condition of the beds didn’t inspire confidence.We had chosen this hotel mainly for its rooftop terrace, but when we went up in the evening, it was closed for a private event. Guests should be informed in advance when key facilities aren’t available. After insisting, we were offered access to another hotel’s rooftop — which was actually much nicer, but left us wishing we had booked there instead.

location is nice, staff very friendly, the AC is very cool in the summer, the storage for extra time baggage is smooth and the smell of the hotel is pleasant

the allocation of our room is a bit weird, the place for the sink is spacious but the bed area looks a biit narrow, the toilet and the shower place could be better arranged.

Location and most of the facilities

In the morning the cleaning crew is extremely loud in the corridor. They disregard that perhaps guests would like relax and without the extreme noise and laughter. They should receive some training. They behave as they are at home. I complained twice about the noise but it did not improve. I was there for 3 nights and it happened everyday. It was annoying.The shower is not so good. Poor water pressure.

great location, well-maintained facilities (rooms and public spaces including terrace), and friendly staffa couple of minutes walk from the train station and <15 minutes' walk to the old center

Everything was perfect from check-in to the day of checkout. Breakfast was tasty, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The location is excellent.

Rather small room, not a quality mattress, nothing was included although the price for the hotel was rather high.

The staff attitude was not as expected, found a fly insect in the bathroom, and they do not have tissues in the entire hotel.

The front desk staff always seemed unhappy and not willing to help. It really affected my experience.

The hotel was well located and the staff friendly and helpful. The terrace on the 1st floor is really beautiful and the drinks there really good. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a city break to Valencia for its cleanliness and good value for money.

Nothing really. Our room was not very big, but we were only there for one day, so not an issue.

The beds were comfortable and staff was helpful. The shower pressure was good too.

Room was not super clean (the bathroom litter was not emptied after the last guests left), shower space was kind of claustrophobic (I actually couldn’t open the shower door from inside because the handle got wet and door locked due to pressure - luckily there was someone else in the room to open it from the outside). Hotel is located in a busy avenue and the entrance was a little hard with the car. The fridge was making some noises during the night which kept waking us up.

This is a great hotel right in the middle of all the places you want to see! The bed and pillows were very very comfortable! The room had a great shower and huge soft towels! Small but adequate the room included a kettle, safe and refrigerator, lots of plug points and a full length mirror. Staff were happy and friendly. We loved the bar and outside terrace. Jorge was a professional and friendly bartender. We will definitely be back to this hotel on our trips to Valencia

Shower and bed was nice

We were in room 609 and the toilet needs to be very slightly adapted as rhe internal door handle hits the wall preventing the door to fully open. Being a corner room it was a little dark
