The suite was for a Prince & a princess ! We were treated like that too !

Not used to be charged for parking as in Brasil & USA it would be out of the question ! But now we know ! So no problem ! Otherwise all more than perfect !

Staff was always attentive and helpful, every shift, every single person.Flats are nice, well equipped, daily cleaning service included.

Street parking is tricky, but that's not on them, and they do offer their private garage for an extra 15€

The staff is welcoming, helpful and very hospitable (especially Chayma at the front desk) and the apartment was neat and kept clean every day.

Nothing was bad

Exceptional customer service. Hotel reached out to me via WhatsApp day prior to our visit and asked for our preferences and gave all the details. During the check in reception lady was amazing, very helpful and nice. Room was great, spacious, outstanding bed. When we checked in my husband told me "what a shame we are here for just one night"

Not a hotel. Not 4 stars. Suspicious guest rating. These are nice service apartments with no thrills - by no means a 4 star hotel. I felt slightly misled by booking.com

Everything! Staff was exceptional…the room had everything I needed. Highly recommend this hotel especially if you want to be near the Science and imax facilities. Many restaurants and stores close. The kitchen was a very nice addition to the typical hotel room

Excellent stay, we thought the location was convenient, easy walk to old town, cafe downstairs, market across the street. It was quiet and comfortable room. The water was soft! We were pleased and will stay again!

Ramiraz Flats is a well located property. The rooms are clean. The staff most courtious. The sealed bottle of water was refilled at the reception every time we approached the same. That was really convenient, especially late at night. There is a mini supermarket almost across the street. The on site paid parking was another great convenience. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

There is not wardrobe in the room , we are 4 people and it was difficult to manage with clothes.No hang dryer , after beach there is no place for dry our clothes
