block from the beach, nice room

Location

Pool was closed for the days I was there. Front desk staff had an attitude that they were doing me a favor. Incapable of answering questions about their own hotel. Need training on customer service. However, the restaurant and room cleaning staff were much better.

Breakfast (large buffet), padel courts, nice pool, 3 minutes walk to the beach

Restaurant at dinner : expensive and poor quality, ping pong table not maintained and in really bad condition,

The hotel was lovely, perfectly situated near the beach. We had a great time during our one-day family getaway. The only minor issue was the glitchy Wi-Fi connection.

Big room with a balcony. I could store my bicycle in the luggage room.

WiFi could have been a little better.

Nice people at the reception and restaurant. They provided breakfast to take away because I was leaving to early for work (so nice).

They did not provide shampoo and conditioner, this is important for people with long hair

The position, the large comfortable room, the underground parking, the breakfast, the helpful staff.

I needed to it blankets on the bed as it was cold, but this was a minor inconvenience, as the blankets were in the wardrobe.

The hotel was good and seems it just went through some renovations. the foods were delicious. I went to another hotel in Andalusia and I must say AGH Canet got good cook.I also like the small gym because the equipments were all working. Unlike some hotels have lots of machines but most defective.

The 2 single bed wasn't comfortable for the middle of the mattresses sinking in. it was even visible when looking at the beds. Good sleep is very important for me both home and on vacation.

Great position just a block back from the beach, lovely pool, garden and outside spaces, really well tended & maintained.Wonderful breakfast included in our deal - Great. Room with balcony overlooking the pool was cool, well AC’d, spacious etcPowerful shower too in the bathroom Despite being out of season there were plenty of local restaurants open for dinner most nights. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

Requested a ‘big bed’ but got Twin beds pushed together - not quiet the same!

Smaller details..An iron and board in each room would be good.A few tea and coffee facilities in the room also would be welcome.

Clean, tidy rooms. Clean swimming pool. Very good location. Polite staff.

Beautiful location, lovely pool and friendly staff. Although there was very little English spoken and we had no Spanish the staff were so friendly particularly Alex at reception, Alba at the bar & the female lifeguard and with the help of google translate we had a very enjoyable stay. We didn’t chose a meal plan so can’t comment on the food

The pool area was ok, very nice kids pool, there is no cover for it, but it means that the water is much warmer there and that is a good thing for kids. The adults pool was quite cold (we were there at the end of May), but that is refreshing if the day is hot, not great if it isn't. The staff was helpful, especially the gentleman with a limp at the dinner service, he always tried to help me with information on foods as I am dairy free.Location is good for the beach.

Lots of areas are not cared for, even the tennis courts, the net is broken, the area around looks awful as nobody is caring for it. I would not say the hotel deserves 4 stars.The food was ok, very limited options, repetitive. Ice cream machine was taken away as soon as there were more children.I am dairy free, so there were very limited options for me, not much apart from eggs and salad at breakfast. Nothing available for dairy free in deserts apart from oven baked apple. And I had to ask every time what I can eat and what not, no signs of allergens etc.

The Location is great. Few walks to beach area, restaurants, and Supermarket.

Hotel didnt inform us about the pool closure due to bacteria so pool was not in use the whole duration of our stay

The pool was closed the day we arrived there. The staff in reception was polite but not kind. Everything was closed around the area

All staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms seemed to be recently done up.
