The hotel is in an excellent location. The cathedral, bars and restaurants are all on the doorstep. We stayed in the top room which has low ceilings but great facilities - a generous shower room, huge jacuzzi bath, sofa and roof terrace. It was clean and comfortable. The room was great value for the facilities.

Unfortunately the room has two very, very bright green emergency exit lights above the doors so you definitely don’t get to sleep in the dark! It didn’t bother me but my partner didn’t enjoy it.

Great location and breakfast beats everything, along with the service. Bravo!!!

The hotel is located almost in the centre of the city and is perfect for popping in and out during the day. We had the room on the top floor, very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Fantastic location great staff and the food was great. If I return to Valencia I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again

Great location, nice and cosy.

Very thin walls - heard all plumbing from neighbouring rooms at high volume, food smells from kitchen in the evening rose up.

The hotel is found in the city center. There are a lot of attractions around it within just a walking distance.

I had the suite at the top floor and it was a little bit hard to move because I'm a tall guy and the ceiling in half the room is very short. And there is a small amount of natural light coming in.

A couple of minor things that would make it perfect. The drainage in the shower and sink is a bit slow. I also wish the sink was in the bathroom, not in the room. The jacuzzi might be a nice touch but it takes so much space in a small room.

The breakfast was great. The room was clean and the location was very nice. The staff is very friendly.

The room description says terrace, but there wasn't one. The room only had two very small windows. The room was not as described and definitely not a suite.

The hotel is located in the heart of Valencia’s Old Town, just a few minutes’ walk from the main tourist attractions. The location is excellent.The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with luggage storage when we arrived before check-in and departed after check-out. Everyone was polite, responsive, and willing to help.The breakfast was impressive — a great variety of dishes, generous portions, and everything was fresh and delicious. The food in the restaurant was also much better and served in larger portions than in the nearby tapas bars.The room offered a beautiful view from the windows, and you can even hear the church bells, which adds to the charm. There’s also access to the rooftop terrace with even better views of the Old Town.The room itself had a bath inside the bedroom and a separate shower in the bathroom, with all necessary toiletries provided — shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, and aromatic items. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary small bottles of rosé or prosecco. There was also facilities to cook coffee and tea. Everything you need for a short, comfortable stay is provided. I believe it’s one of the best locations you can find right in the centre of the Old Town.

The room was quite small, and although there was a wardrobe for clothes, there wasn’t much space left for my suitcase. However, this was not a major issue — overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The noise from outside was too much; the first night I couldn’t sleep until after 3 am after the noise gone, the next night I had to close the window and open the AC instead to avoid the outside noises

The room had extremely poor noise insulation, and my wife and I struggled to sleep on both nights of our stay. We were disturbed by noise from outside as well as inside the hotel—slamming doors, squeaky hinges, and clattering dishes from the kitchen. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend choosing a different place to stay.

I had a brilliant stay in this hotel. Staff were lovely & very accommodating. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious & the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Had a lovely spa bath after a long day sightseeing. Ate at the restaurant downstairs..delicious. I’ll definitely stay here again⭐️
