Perfect location right next to the beautiful and busy square Placa de l'Ajuntament. Convenient public transit connections right outside the hotel. Beautiful, restored old building with a taste of Valencia history. Comfortable room, very large bed, nice bathroom

Seems like most rooms have a view out back and not much day light, especially if you're on one of the lower floors. On the other hand outside noise is minimal. Little storage space in the room, no drawers

It was difficult to find the office in parking Lauria. We could not collect the discount given by the hotel. The office were you can pay for the parking garage is close to the car-exit. There you can collect the discount.

The room was very dark, tv was impossible to watch, no drawers to put small items of clothing in, tea, coffee facilities were not replenished!Reception area was very dark and gloomy and not very welcoming - pity!0

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, including booking a taxi for me to the airport.My room was a reasonable size and comfortable, with a good bathroom/shower.The location was very central.Breakfast was fine, with a reasonable choice available.

Extremely small bathroom. Beautifully appointed but if only the door opened outward it would be much better. Constantly trapped behind door or fighting to get in or out around it.

The location is fantastic, the building is historic and beautiful, with modern decorations in the lobby and hallways, very nicely done! The restaurant is tastefully decorated with nice views, and good food.

The bathroom was clean, it just needed updating.

2 small beds instead of the queen i paid for, overpriced, terrible breakfast i just had the nespresso (garbage) and left.

We booked and paid for a room with balcony but balcony was not accessibile due to renovation works. This issue was not addressed during The Booking process.

The reception team were very friendly and helpful and the location by the town hall square was ideal for us. Room was spacious and comfortable and quiet.

Location location location

Beautiful old property refurbished with appalling taste. Black, grey, dark green, the interior designer sadly showed no respect to the building. Don’t stay in room 301, right next to the lift shaft, junior suite with pigeons outside . Breakfast not the best, scrambled eggs rubbery. Design of the self service dominated by 2 large fire doors. Eating and drinking area design depressing.
