Location, Staff, Cleanliness, Style were all 10. The size of the room is small but perfect for a one night stay

Why would you stay anywhere else?the front desk is amazing. He gave us all the best places to visit and told us not where to waste our money. We will be coming back. Location is close to train station and close to main squares. Perfect place.

Perfect location literally a block away from both the main train station (Estació Del Nord), main subway station (Xàtiva), town hall square (Plaça De l'Ajuntament) and a short walk from the Cathedral, Mercado Central and all monuments of the Old Town; exceptional design of the hotel (accordingly to my request, we got The Lord Of The Rings room!!!); super friendly and helpful staff; good buffet breakfast; clean, and very comfortable for visiting València

In room coffee would be great, but that is not normal for Spain.

Had two rooms, room 404 smelled like mold ( Manhattan room).

Cute cinema motif. Comfy bed. Small desk in the room was nice. Great water pressure in the shower! The location was great. We were able to walk to the market and many restaurants and shops. We took a cab from the bus station for less than €10 and could have taken a bus instead.

The room was hot when we entered. We turned on the A.C. Which worked well but appeared to have mold growing in it and possibly some on the ceiling. Someone did attempt to clean it after I mentioned it to the host. There are a lot of rooms and floors with one small (1-2 person) elevator so we spent quite a bit of time waiting for the elevator.

Nice hotel, in excellent location. Very convenient to the Metro and Valencia Nord station. Everything was within walking distance to explore Valencia. Room was updated and good size, with very comfortable bed, and plenty of pillows and blankets (if needed). Good size bathroom and good working air conditioner. Reception personnel were very friendly and helpful. They also have luggage storage (if needed). We would definitely stay here again.

The elevator bit slow.

Breakfast was dreadful. Ultra processed foods. Was the egg from powder? Ham/bacon tasted like plastic. Pastries & bread were awful. Keep it simple - hard boiled (organic) egg instead. Less pastries but better quality.

The room was not sound proof. We had the pleasure of going to sleep hearing (a very loud) argument.Additionally, the “request”- as it sounded more like an order, for additional email and phone numbers for marketing purposes could be removed from when checking in.

The staff were so friendly & helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast with the most delicious warm pastries! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The shower was excellent! Really well located, close to metro station for airport.

A little noisy when shower running in rooms next to us but only for a short time.

The hotel had an excellent location, although when arriving by car we had problems finding the entrance to the parking garage. Really clean room.

The hotel bed was only 190cm long and we are both tall, my husband is almost 2 meters. So the bed was hopelessly too short and it was also very hard. The night was a nightmare. Our planned two-night stay, which had already been paid for, was only one night. We had to change hotels so that we could sleep. The hotel elevator could also be heard too loud to the room during night time. The hotel breakfast was also not to our taste.

The location is great, in the city center and very close to the city town hall which is just behind the corner. Nordin, the receptionist, was really kind and helpful. They went extra mile to help us to get the broken airconditioning fixed. Also, the rest of the staff was always nice. Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which offers great selection for everyone. You can book taxi transfer via hotel in advance which we really appreciated, because it was smooth and quick to get to the hotel after slightly delayed flight.

As some of the reviewers already mentioned, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear the noise from other rooms and the hallway, so if you are light sleeper, the earplugs may help :) It would be nice to have a minifridge in the room, but we didn't really mind not having it.

Loved the themed cinema room. Although the room and bathroom were small it was well kitted out. The towels had a new and soft feel, rituals toiletries were lovely, great shower. Massive big bed. Breakfast at €9.50pp was good value. Friendly and helpful staff.

No English channels on tv. Could do with more power sockets.
