Everyone was so accommodating and kind. Every single request was met. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel is in a great location And we never had to look far for anything. You can rent bikes right around the corner and tour the city.

The location is great. The room itself was super nice and confortable. With a kitchenette and roomy bathroom. Great value.

There was a little bit of a sewer smell in the hallways and elevator but luckily not in the room. So it was not a big deal.

Very boring pre paid breakfast. Same items every morning. Missed last bfast because of it.

Breakfast is really poor, with only some pastry and a slice of toast bread with something. But the other things make you forgive them for the breakfast

Great hotel. Excellent location, you’re right in one of the busiest areas of Valencia, with tons of walkable restaurants and attractions, yet it’s surprisingly quiet. There are elevators and the staff is friendly.The room is excellent. The bathroom is spacious, with a standout shower. It comes with bathrobes, a large closet, and the bedding is great, excellent mattress, pillows, and good linens. Everything was very clean.Breakfast is served on the terrace, which has a lovely view of the cathedral. The food is good.

The room could really use more outlets. There are only four in total, three already in use and none near the desk to plug in a laptop.The lighting is quite poor. Both in the room and bathroom, only a few spotlights are used, which aren’t evenly distributed. This results in harsh, blinding light in certain spots and dimness everywhere else.At breakfast, you can only choose one option. When I asked for an extra item, I was told it would be charged separately.

The meal was not included in the price, and I was only informed about it after I had already paid for many things I had ordered.I didn't like that the hotel was very expensive in relation to what they offered (even breakfast was not included).

Spacious room, we had a premium suite. Very comfy bed with high quality bed linen.Lovely roof terrace, great for evening drinks and breakfast.Charming staff, the ladies on reception, the housekeeping staff and lovely Avril at breakfast!Fab location just off the main square, walkable to everywhere and on bus route for the beach.

Air con inoperative (staff advised to open balcony - too noisy to sleep) and WiFi did not work until day we left (staff did attempt to resolve).

Perfect location, modern, small boutique hotel so quiet. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice breakfast on the roof terrace and a cute pool.

Air con was difficult to control. Followed all the instructions but couldn’t get the TV to work. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are very dark so I would only book a street view room next time.

Lovely hotel and excellent location. Very special to have breakfast on the roof listening to the ring of the cathedral bell. Breakfast was outstanding.

Where to begin...the welcoming, friendly, professional staff was the best! The front desk staff, breakfast staff, and cleaning staff were all exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a suite (101) and were provided everything necessary in the kitchenette including dish soap and new sponges. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Breakfast was to order and we found it more than adequate. The cozy breakfast room was comfortable; wish the weather had allowed us to use the outside tables, but not the fault of the hotel! Location was excellent for our needs with lots of restaurants and cafes, and there is a grocer nearby. We were in Valencia for Fallas and it was amazing!!

staff & breakfast & location

advertised as having air conditioning. however there is zero air conditioning in the rooms, except heating, meaining poor air in the room since opening windows was not easy and loud.

Small boutique hotel which gives us a pleasant experience.Room is very beautiful and clean. Just that the water heater is at a high temperature all the time.Great to have an electric stove and a microwave.Location is great! Walking distance to many attractions.We truly enjoy ourselves very much during the two nights stay.
