Modern, clean, great location

The location is good. Close to the city center (10-15 min walk), and nearby a bus station (5 min walk).Parking is accessible. I could fit a long sedan with ease.The Wifi is excelent (100+ mbps), with a stable connection.The room has a large desk.

It was good for the reduced price, the bed was comfy, and no complaints about the bathroom or kitchen.The gym was well equipped.

The fusebox was really noisy, and the walls are paper thin, so if you're sensitive to that, sleeping is a challenge. The pool was tiny.

The facilities are great, the pool is a good addition. 24/7 reception is also convenient. It's good that it has a little kitchen.

The towels should be changed more often, since it's really hot and you need to shower at least twice a day. There's no kettle nor the hairdryer and the bathroom smells of sewage all the time. Other than that it's good value for the money

I checked into this place for a few nights in Valencia and was impressed by its facilities. It has a pool, gym, work and study areas and nice places to relax. Staff are there 24/7 too and the location although a bit further from the center has a bus stop less than 200m away if you search on the Internet and maps you will see how convenient it is to get around. The room itself is big enough for 1-2 people and has good storage for your belongings. Modern feel and clean and neat.

There was no cleaning during my stay and therefore I had to use my own toilet paper when the hotel ones ran out. You can hear noise from the other rooms and when people come and go as there are many rooms on one floor.

Friendly and helpfull staff at reception

I asked to replace towels and bed sheets after 2 days, but during the whole stay of 4 days, nithing was changed. Because of Synthetic blanket, got sweaty even if room temp is below 20"c

Perfect location to scout out Valencia on foot. This was a charming, safe and quiet hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom drain had some strange smell

Good value for money, clean. Near city centre in safe neighbourhood. Staff are friendly.

It wasn’t very clear beforehand that it was a hotelroom in a huge studiobuilding for students. The pool was closed, a reason we booked the room. Before check-in, we were spammed with messages to check in online beforehand, very annoying. That is not why we booked a room in a facility with a reception. We could not open the balcony door fully.

The property is what you call value for money. It was better than I expected, very comfortable and clean. The location was also very convenient.

Great amenities, very clean and new. Great place to stay with very polite staff.

The only thing that was a bit of a nuisance was the bathroom's cluttered room.

Disappointing

very sparce kitchenware items and only 1 loo roll, air con didnt keep room cool sufficiently. Pool is more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool as it is soooo cold!

Modern, clean and great value for money. Great location, 2 mins from tram and 10 mins walk to city centre. Great for solo travelers!

It wasn’t clean at all, hair from the previous guests on the floor and bathroom,We had to switch rooms between the 1st and 2nd night and nobody had u clue why this was happening

It was very close to the city center or other means of transport to get anywhere around. The staff was very friendly

The room we had, had some construction works done, but there was still a open hole in the roof and dirt everywhere, we notified staff twice about it but sadly it was still there during checkout

Friendly staff, huge room, comfy bed and lots of different facilities.

Lacks a bedside table, damaged toilet

The building had a big space where you could sit and work and it was nice that the rooms were equipped with a desk and bar stool so you could sit and work as well.

The rooms weren't clean. The Bathroom in general was not cleaned. You could see pink bacteria in the shower all over the corners (this means that it isn't cleaned for a long time). The bathroom faucet had really weird red stains all over. It was super weird that during check in there was mentioned that during our stay the towels wouldn't be renewed (which is okay for short stay, but not for a couple of days or longer stays as some towels did get dirty). There was no handsoap, hair dryer or anything in the room. Staff would help out when asking a question but not with a smile/not friendly. The room didn't get a lot of natural light coming in and the bed was not comfortable at all. We really hated needing to go back to the room after a day out in the city. It is basically a student housing complex and made for long stays - so you need to buy your own stuff to make it comfortable. It is not really comfortable for short stays and if you're looking for a 'hotel', but they make it available for tourists as well.

This is an excellent place to stay for a few days in Valencia, especially during the busy August peak season when booking options are limited. The complex offers a good number of rooms.- Great location, close to Turia Park and the Serranos Towers.- Access to a gym and other common areas on-site.- The rooms are new and clean, though not large, but they're comfortable for both rest and work.- Fast internet, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.- Daily cleaning keeps everything spotless and well-maintained.- While there is a charge for on-site parking, I easily found free parking nearby.- The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly with temporary bag storage.

- No kettle in the room.- Sometimes it can be a bit noisy, depending on your neighbors next door. But nothing critical.

The pool, the gym, 24-hour reception, everything is new, the balcony, the new furniture. The location. I can recommend staying here.

Not allowed to sit on the balcony with another person after 12 pm. You feel like on a school trip. If you are very sensitive on smells, it may not be for you cause the pipes are a little bit smelling. I didn't care, though. No cattle, though it was listed as an interior.
