Saman Hotel Boutique

The location is great as it's walkable to the park, beach and city center. It feels as if you're in a resort in the middle of a city. The staff are friendly, the rooms are modern and cozy.

The doors are a bit unwieldly when trying to lock it and there was dust on the floors. Housekeeping doesn't change the pillow sheets unless you ask them to. There were some stains on mine which I didn't appreciate.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The location was 30min walk from the beach and 30min from the city. The room was really nice too.

It was a beautiful hotel on the inside and our room was breath taking

Pool was the major attraction and very pretty.

Room was small. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant menu limited. General seating around the pool was too close to people’s rooms.

How friendly the staff was, they keep your room key at the desk which is wonderful for people like me who are terrified of loosing things!

We had a wonderful stay it's a beautifully calm environment very close to the metro with plenty cafe restaurants within 30 minute walk

It was quite a nice place to come back to after a day sightseeing . The pool was clean and refreshing . The sitting area outside for a snack or beverage was very quiet and nice .

Our room (115 )was not the greatest with a support pillar in the middle blocking the flow of movement. It had a small door to the pool area unlike the majority that had full patio doors. The area itself does not have many nice restaurants to choose from so walking , taking metro or taxis is necessary

The staff were really helpful and amazing.It felt like a nice tropical retreat in Valencia.Really relaxing sand family friendly Hotel.I couldn’t say a little thing bad about it.

The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis.

The hotel is really picturesque and has a lovely setting – it definitely gives off a 4-star vibe at first glance. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The room was clean and well-presented.

The attention to detail just wasn’t there. The room had a coffee machine, but no pods, tea bags, or any refreshments – and it had clearly been used before. No one mentioned there was a shortage (until I asked) which felt a bit careless. We were given one complimentary coffee from the café after asking, but had to pay for any more, which didn’t feel right for a hotel of this standard.Also, instead of proper hand wash by the sink, there was just a bottle of bath gel – small thing, but it came across as a bit lazy. All these little details added up and let the experience down a bit.I’d also asked for a birthday note for my partner, which they seemed happy to do, but it never appeared – another example of the missing attention to detail.

This hotel was simply a hidden gem in the city. Looking like a standard hotel from the street, however behind the scenes is like a tropical paradise. The greeting was wonderful, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were modern and filled with all necessary facilities and more with nice large windows.

Despite having large windows, the rooms were a little on the dark side and I would probably say a little on the small side. However this would certainly not stop me from staying there again.

Location. Staff behaviour is excellent.

Toilet bang in the middle of the room in the name of boutique aesthetics is completely impractical and uncomfortable. The washbasin water outlet was leaking whenever we would open the basin tap and being in the middle of the room the room floor would get all wet. The overhead shower wasn’t working. The coffee maker wasn’t working as the mains wasn’t working. We booked the junior suite (room 209) as it was completely waste of money. Breakfast options for 13.5 euros was very much limited.

Lots of character and relaxed vibe. Really friendly staff. Walkable to Arts and Science area. Also to Marina. Metro stop 4 mins walk away. Bike hire shop 5 mins away. Cheap tapas bar opposite. Great value food and drink.

Pillow was a bit hard.

Very lovely hotel with quirky and stylish decor. Beuitiful courtyard with a pool. Helpful staff and overall great atmosphere.

Disappointing

Dear Saman hotel Management,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the heating and hot water issues I experienced during my stay.Upon noticing that my room was cold, I approached the reception, and I was assured that a heater would be brought to my room. However, when I returned after dinner, while the heater had been delivered, it was not turned on, leaving my room cold and uncomfortable.Additionally, I had no hot water in the shower or sink. I reported this issue both in the evening and again in the morning, only to be told to let the water run for some time. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem, and I was left without proper hot water throughout my stay.I find this level of service unacceptable, and I request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I have faced. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this matter.Best regards,Dusan
