This attractive hotel is set on a pedestrianized street, 984 feet from Estació del Nord Train Station. It offers a terrace, an elegant restaurant and cozy, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Rooms at Hotel Alkazar feature smart. All include a plasma TV and private bathroom and some also have a balcony. The hotel’s Taberna Alkázar Restaurante specializes in seafood and fish dishes and there is also a bar. Many tapas bars, restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes’ walk. The hotel offers tourist information and is within 10 minutes’ walk of Valencia Cathedral, the Central Market and La Lonja de Seda. Buses to the beach take 30 minutes, more less than 984 feet you have a subway station. The Alkazar is 984 feet from Xàtiva Metro Station and the bullring. - Really nice, clean and comfortable room in a great location.
- The location is amazing! Short walking distance from the "old city"(Catedral, Micalet, Mercat Central,The 2 Towers and all the main churches/museums); short/medium walking distance from Ruzafa barrio. Room is clean and cozy, and was clean daily (I stayed 4 nights).Reception open 24hrs and you can check in/out at any time with no extra cost.
Cons -
- Nothing it was extremely good.
- However, you can clearly hear your neighbors regular tone talking or even worse their alarms, and the people on the streets (remember you are in Valencia's heart). Wired odor (maybe urine) by the reception, only, never experienced it in the room.
