Bathroom door won’t close

First time staying in an ibis Budget Hotel. It was a very nice stay. Room was clean. Throughout the night you can enter the hotel by using your key to open the doors which is great for security. Breakfast is simple and you reserve the time because the restaurant is small and they have to control the restaurant flow for space and location is good with multiple bus connections to the city center. Staff was very sweet and welcoming! I am a light packer so I did not face any significant issues with the room as the bed was comfy and the shower/ bathroom felt like brand new but...

...The prices could be a bit better, afterall it is a 1-star hotel (I think Moto GP race during the dates of my stay affected the prices in the entire city though). The rooms are VERY tight in space, there is only space for a piece of hand luggage, the bed and for a mounted pouch on the wall next to the bed that can barely fit a phone. In my allocated room there wasn't even a table/ surface to work with a laptop for example (according to web photos other rooms might have had though). If it folded on the wall it would be good in order to save even the slightest of space.

Small rooms, but since it is budget hotel, it is fine.

The beach is within walking distance and there is a valenbisi bicycle station right outside the hotel in case you prefer to rent a bicycle. Lots of charming restaurants in the vicinity. It’s easy to go downtown as well with the many public transport options. The staff were lovely and the bed was comfortable. Great value for money.

The bathroom drain smelled a bit funky but wasn’t so bad if you aired the room out. The shower door didn’t seal properly and leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

The staff were very kind, especially the lady in charge of breakfast in the morning she was exceptionally welcoming .

The shampoo wasn’t enough , it was not refilled after the last users.

I liked that they accommodated the athletes for the IronMan with breakfast at a special time and also the next day that we were leaving early they gave us some food to go. Location is great

Location is close to the beach. If you want to go to city center it’s not too close. However metro is 10nins away

Rooms are a tiny bit noisy-meaning they are not soundproof and you can hear a lot from your neighbors

The room was very very small. No place to even keep the luggage. I had to keep it on bed for all the days :(

The restaurant for serving breakfast was small. The outdoor location would be nice in good weather conditions. Chairs were so weird.

Great location. Very clean. The room was very small and basic, it lived up to the "budget" description. It was however really clean, comfortable and modern. It had what you need for a one night stay.

The TV didn't work and I couldn't open the blind.

Breakfast was quite good, comfy bed and everything you need even though the room was small. Would recommend this place. Helpful stuff

the property was close to almost everything within walking distances (supermarkets, bus stops…), room was clean, temperature was perfect, the girl that welcomed us that afternoon (she was wearing glasses) was really nice and friendly and gave us tips for the night :)

there was no fridge in the room, and we were told check out was at 12:00 pm but someone walked in to our room at 10:43am… my cousin or i could’ve been changing clothes or coming out the shower… and that was destabilizing to us :(
