Location

I made a reservation for 4 persons (king size + sofa bed) but once I showed up to the hotel counter, they said that the reservation was for only 2 persons, I had to pay extra, and they gave me the exact same room.

the property is everything you hope for- clean, comfortable, convenient. And the staff was very helpful

The location is near the centre sightseeing place. Bus station is next to the hotel. The room is spacious with basic kitchen facilities. Bathroom is decent,nothing too particular. Many groceries and restaurants are near by too.

Kitchen kettle is dirty with mold. Guess not many people use it. Sounds proof is a bit weak, but acceptable.

The location was good and the apartment was clean.

The front desk staff were polite but not helpful.

The apartment is very nice on the first view but we have been disapointed by unconfortable sofa which was meant as a side bed for our kids. However also the main bed not that comfortable as it should be. We all had a feeliing that we sleep on some hole or something like that.Also the kitchen should be a little bit more equiped.

Very noisy. You could hear a lot of noise from the rooms around.

The apartment was fairly modern, in a quiet neighborhood. The availability of hot water and big shower/bathroom is also a positive remark.

At the time we stayed, there was no dish washer, and the bed could have been more comfortable (it was a bit noisy because of its springs). It is also a bit far away from the city center. However, one can easily take a cab to reach the city attractions.

The huge park that goes across the whole city was within 5 minutes walking distance.Clean, great kitchen, palm right in front of our balcony window.

Excellent location, quiet area, good view

We had a pleasant stay overall, mainly thanks to the kind and friendly staff who were always willing to help. The room was spacious and seemed recently renovated, which made it comfortable. We also appreciated the large parking area, which was easy to arrange through the reception and even allowed us to leave the car for few more hours after checking out . The entrance was very welcoming, giving a great first impression, and they offered last-minute deals, which was a nice bonus. The location is amazing—close to everything you might need and to nice coffee places .

However, there were a few downsides. The towels had an unpleasant smell, so we had to request replacements. The floor wasn’t very clean, especially in the bathroom where we found hair. The biggest issue was the poor soundproofing—we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, and we were even woken up around 4 AM by someone taking a shower next door.

I loved how clean and fresh everything felt—the moment you walk in, it smells like soap! The room was cleaned every day, and the area is full of nice cafés and bars.

The street can be a bit noisy at night if you sleep with the windows open, but otherwise everything was perfect

The apartments were fine. Very friendly staff and great location; it was within walking distance to what we had planned. Few things we did not like: its loud, the walls are very thin and on our stay the air conditioner was not working. My one condition was to find a place where there is air conditioning and because it was Saturday they were unable to fix. (Not sure why but that’s what we were told). It was hot and when asked for a fan there was none and no ceiling fan, just dead air all night on a hot day. When asking front desk they were very sorry and apologized as it wasn’t just our issue, but the whole floor. They offered us free laundry or late check out which we were unable to utilize. Hoping for some accommodations from manager.

instead of requested single bed, there was a twin bed and staff couldn't replace bed/mattres. Not the best when travelling with spouse. Bad soundproofing, you can hear neighbours when they just talk.

The place was nice and clean. The AC worked but was not measuring the correct temperature.

The first room we were assigned in floor 1 was so stinky with cigarette smell. We are traveling with a baby so that was super disappointing. The AC worked well in the 1st room , however we had to switch floors to the 7th floor which was super noisy. The guests shouldn’t be clustered so close in proximity as the noise is terrible. The doors slamming at every hour. In the 7th floor the AC did not work as well. The monitor read “18 C” but it was more like 20 Celcius.

The apartment distribution is well thought out . Reception was helpful. The apartment was cleaned every day. Parking on the street was not a problem on the weekend. Air worked well and WiFi a bit slow.

The couch and the pink pillows were very old and stained. The couch very uncomfortable. The towels were old and gray.
