The staff were very helpful and welcoming, it was in close walking distance to some great shopping and sightseeing.

I was unimpressed by the quality of the construction of the hotel- the walls were thin and I could hear people around me. There were bugs in my room. The shower leaked. The beds were clean but not comfortable, there was only a top sheet and no duvet.

Everything about the hotel was as described, I have no complaints. From the room quality to the excellent staff, Everything was perfect. The location is perfect, lots of fine restaurants and so close to the Metro station.

The breakfast was the only thing that stopped me giving a perfect review, it us grossly overpriced @ €17 per person. My young daughter would not even get close to eating this amount and to be honest, neither would I. The range was pretty average, very basic really so it was overpriced.

Nice room and facilities. Big bed! Friendly staff. Good location c. 10-15 mins walk from Cathedral and 15-20 mins walk to Ruzafa.

Room was comfortable and the place was very clean, the shower was really good. Breakfast was good ,nice selection. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. Couldn't fault the place, I would stay here again.

• The staff try to resolve issues quickly and respond to guests' requests.• Comfortable bed, the mattress is good - it would be pleasant to sleep here under normal conditions.• Large apartments, lots of space, not cramped.• Beautiful view from the balcony, especially pleasant in the morning and evening.

• The room was very cold; we covered ourselves with pillows to try to keep warm. We also found a blanket on top of the wardrobe, but it had no duvet cover, so we couldn’t use it.• The climate control didn't work; it was impossible to adjust the temperature.• Sound carries very well; at night and during the day neighbors slam doors, and all conversations are easily heard. If you arrive at night, you won't be able to sleep during the day because of the constant noise. It is stated on Booking that the room has soundproofing, but in reality there is none.• The renovation was done hastily. In the photos it looks nice; in real life - not so much.In conclusion: I did not like it. In this hotel it is impossible to get any sleep because of the noise and the cold.

The location was excellent. Good hotel. Very big and comfy bed. Bathroom big and nice. Staff was excellent. The lady at the reception gave me a perfect guide for a walking tour to see the most important buildings of Valencia.

I can’t say that I didn’t like but what I would have liked to have in the room: a few small details like a body lotion, shower cap etc. also one more thing as the building is old you could hear the noise in the bathroom in the rooms nearby.

The breakfasts are exactly the same every day. After 6 mornings, I was ready for a change. Housekeeping forgot to give us towels one day.

We arrived a little early and expected to leave our luggage and check in a bit later but they had a room ready so we were able to check in when we arrived/ The decor of this property was well-planned and executed. The breakfast and breakfast service would not have been better.

Massive bed with a choice of three pillows so there's a chance that one of the pillows will work for you. The sound insulation was great and perfect for a night of uninterrupted sleep. Very clean and modern, centrally located, and welcoming and professional staff.

The mattress was a bit hard for my taste but that is really personal. The toilet paper was perhaps not as good as I would expect from such a good hotel. Nothing apart from those minor details.

Great location and room was very spacious. Staff were very helpful and even organised a small gift for our arrival as we were celebrating a birthday. Would definitely stay here again.

Replenishing of the breakfast buffet could have been better and the fruit didn’t look so fresh anymore. Maybe I didn’t look well enough but there was no tea, only coffee and chocolate milk. (Must add that I didn’t take the effort to ask for tea). The place where dishes are done is right next to the breakfast area and was creating quite a lot of noise so a bit disturbing at times.
