No parking. Building was old. No fridge or access to kettle or microwave. Elevator was small.

location was great (centered between train station and town), I love walking. Bed was comfortable. Clean room.

Great location, friendly stuff

The walls are paper thin. I brought earplugs, but still could hear people talking as if they were in the same room with me.The breakfasts absolutely horrendous.

The hotel location is amazing, the hotel staff is very friendly especially “Yamo” hopefully the name is correct is the guy at the front office desk. He was all the time helpful and friendly.

The location of this hotel is as perfect as it gets – right in the center and within walking distance to everything. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Our room had a window facing the inside of the building, which meant absolutely no daylight and no fresh air. You couldn’t even tell if it was day or night – it felt like staying in a box.The biggest disappointment was the breakfast: just bread, butter, and the cheapest marmalade imaginable. No eggs, no ham, no cheese – nothing that would qualify as a proper hotel breakfast. For the price and reputation, we expected at least some basic variety.Great location, but sadly the experience inside the hotel was far from satisfying.

The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean.

Location was convenient and room for a single guest was decent. I liked the musical theme of the Hotel and the old LP records and instruments in Lobby.

Very noisy area throughout day and night. Terrible sewage smell in toilet/bathroom in room 406. Every time another toilet was flushed, there were bubbling sounds in my toilet.I was told I had to leave room key Every time I left the hotel . When I asked why, the front desk said the key belonged to the hotel...and because there is onlyONE key foreach room....man threatened to call the Police when I asked to see the Key Policy. He did call someone .....but because I was an English speaking guest, I did not want any trouble with Police. .I left my key, but was very uncomfortable and felt his behavior was aggressive and unreasonable. PLEASE HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS ALL GUESTS MUST LEAVE KEYS WITH FRONT DESK EVERY TIME THEY LEAVE HOTEL. For the 6 days I was there, I avoided any conversation with that particular man. The younger staff were pleasant and courteous whenever I came or left.I hope my experience was not typical...I really liked the concept of the Hotel.

Close to centrum, friendly staff, clean rooms!

We were travelling, one adult and two children. Originally, they had agreed we could rent one double room. On arrival they obliged us to pay for another room. So, we had to pay for a second room, although we only used one room of the two. Ridiculous!

the hotel had no electricity until 2am. I was notified when I checked in, but there was no compensation for this lack. I found it very unfair.

Excellent location, just near the historical centre, with all the amenities you may expect, and very affordable. All you need if you want to visit Valencia and stay all day long sightseeing. Not for people that like to stay all day long in the hotel

The elevator is a little small, so do not carry massive suitcases; if so, you will need to use the staircases.

Overpriced old facility in downtown

Centric. There's an amazing Ukrainian restaurant in front.

Small room. Smells humid. Poor ventilation and noise isolation, can hear people in other rooms.Old and tiny elevator full of dust.They force you to leave your room keys behind every time you leave. Decor is of poor taste.

The location is great ,near everything. Rooms kind of bare bones but clean. Had reasonable price continental breakfast

They took the used towels out of the room on our second day and never replaced them

The staff was friendly and always ready to answer any questions. Even though the room was small (as expected), it was clean and worked well for 4 nights for 2 people.

The mattress was uncomfortable, and we had higher expectations on the breakfast.

Nothing happens when the lift button is pressed while the lift is in use - and it took a long time to reach the ground floor.The room was comfortable but very small - shower space cramped and awkward to sit on the toilet because of space shortage

Location is perfect, right in the city center. The room was okay for this money. Cleaning every day.

Don’t rely on breakfast , just bread with terrible coffee and not tasty buns. One of the receptionists is not friendly at all.

Great central location in Valencia, near the main sqaure, visited during Fallas festival in March, which is literally around the corner.

Great location to explore old town. For the price paid it was a fair experience.

You need to give your key to reception every time you leave the hotel.
