The location was good

The floor was not as clean as we’d expected. The refrigerator did not work, my food got spoiled.

I travelled with my 12 year old son who is in a wheelchair & we needed something suitable and within our budget. The access & everything was perfect, we actually met another woman there in a larger electric wheelchair so it was nice to see we weren't the only ones. Because we were on the go all day I wasn't particular about the room or facilities but it was more than enough for us. Once you close the windows you can't hear anything & it is lovely to people watch from where you are. You couldn't find a more perfect location and it is reasonably in price. If your looking for a place to stay that is central, reasonable, modern & clean this is perfect. I would 100% return here.

A lot had mentioned about check in, but its simple enough. Just put your bags down and give yourself five minutes to do it without getting stressed.

Excellent location and very clean room. The lobby also includes a water dispenser, and it has lockers where you can store your bags after checkout. Room also includes a safe, fridge and coffee machine.

The check in process was a bit complicated (our online check in form hadn’t gone through for some reason). But after contacting the staff they were able to help.

I liked everything

Super central location and staff were quick, accurate and helpful to respond to queries. Cleaning staff also super kind and helpful. We were able to store our bags after checkout in the onsite lockers. It's a complication to not have on-site staff to help with things like taxi, but the FreeNow app works well here.

Finding, locating and entering is quite difficult as Google Maps will just bring you to Mr.Churro next door. Accessing the building is like using Air bnb, you have to make an effort to figure it all out yourself, so if convenience and ease is what you're seeking, just go to a regular hotel.Concrete floors, and walls in need of a paint. The materials of the walls in the winding hallways appear cheap and not well put together. The lobby is really nice, with some plants, wooden appearance features that give a more finished look. But the hallways and room floors/walls could use a re-think.I have stayed in far nicer-furnished places for less money.I was slightly disappointed that there was no iron/ironing board available.

Walls were extremely thin, confusing to get into, smaller than I thought, did not have essentials!

Upon arrival, I encountered a series of frustrating setbacks:•Extended wait at check-in: Despite having prepaid through Booking.com, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and demanded a second payment. I ended up waiting over two hours before they even started processing our check-in.•Key-card and power problems: Initially, they didn’t have any key cards ready due to a system issue, so we spent another hour in the dark. After repeatedly asking, they finally gave us one card—only enough to activate the room’s electricity, not to unlock the door. This meant one of us always had to remain inside to open the door for the other, which felt overly restrictive, even by 11:00 PM.•Overall experience: The combination of payment confusion, lengthy delays, and malfunctioning key cards made for a very disappointing start to our stay.

The hotel and service (even though it's an unmanned hotel) is great! We didn't know there was a nightclub underneath the hotel on a Friday and Sat nightl but with ear plugs you can sleep through the people hanging out outside on the street. You can't hear the nightclub at all. The location is perfect. There's a great breakfast place just next door also.

An absolutely amazing hotel! The rooms are stylish and new, equipped with all of the amenities including the coffee machine. The location is perfect as well, right in the city centreThe self check in process has also been pretty easyWould definitely recommend

Location is really great, our room was very comfortable and big.People from contact center was helpful and nice.

It is a bit inconvenient when there is no reception, we missed that part. The selection of TV channels in the room is very bad and needs to be improved. The hygiene in the room is ok, but they cleaned our room only once in three days - they simply forgot. Be careful in the toilet, it's very slippery, I had a serious fall and hit my back and head - I think the building shook - luckily no injuries.Taking all this in consideration, price shall be lower.

Nice central location, yet fairly quiet as the hotel is on a pedestrian side street. Comfortable, tidy and clean as expected. Did the job of providing a base to explore the town from, but nothing special to write home about.

There is no staff on site, and you check-in using an automatic terminal. This in itself is fine, as long as it works. However, the staff are responsive on the phone if there is anything urgent, and fairly responsive in WhatsApp for anything more casual. The cardboard features in the ceiling in the lobby - although cute - seemed like a fire hazard. Drinks supplies were not always stocked with the daily cleaning.
