L&H Gran Vía Valencia

As a wheelchair user I found the hotel accessible in all areas and I loved the space in the accessible bathroom. The staff were friendly and kind! Feryel needs particular mention as she was just so sweet and friendly whilst offering excellent service. The roof terrace was awesome! There are also two lifts in this hotel so no waiting around to get to your room.

Nothing to dislike! Honestly one of the best hotels in Valencia.

This is a delightful boutique hotel which is very conveniently placed for exploring Valencia. The old town is just a stone's throw away, with great shops and gorgeous architecture. The hotel is very well-appointed and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and very attentive, a particular mention for Feryel in the restaurant who was a delight and made our stay so pleasant. We would definitely stay there again

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very well appointed and clean. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

The room we picked had a city view, unfortunately the traffic sounds were a little loud. We slept with the balcony door open for ventilation. If you don’t enjoy walking it’s a bit of walk to central area.

The location is good, free minibar, sweet treats upon arrival in the room and near reception area.

Soundproofing is weak, noise from street might disturb at night. Room is small, no bathrobes, materac is not comfortable.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, nice bath tub, complementary refreshments in mini fridge in room. Water in the lobby. Friendly, helpful staff. Great A/C. Good location near metro and walking distance to city center.

Breakfast is expensive for the area. No wash cloths in the bathroom, just hand towels and full size towels. No facial tissues in the room (which is not uncommon in Europe for some reason).

The hotel is quite small, with the reception and breakfast area combined. We stayed as three adults and found the room spacious enough, with a large bathroom. Breakfast was good, the coffee was fine, and fresh eggs are prepared on request. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The main bed was comfortable; the extra bed for the third person was less so, but acceptable. The location is great, walking distance to the main attractions. I would definitely recommend it.

The pillows could have been more comfortable, but that’s a matter of personal preference. For breakfast, I would have appreciated a wider selection of vegetables.

AVOID THIS HOTEL !!! THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL YOU CAN EVER CHOOSE !!!I ASKED THEM IF ITS PET FRIENDLY THEY SAID YES !!! THEY GIVE ME 2 ROOMS AND AFTER 1 hour THEY SAID THAT PETS ARE NOT ALOWED !!! THEY ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE HOTEL WITH MY WIFE PREGNANT!!!ADM 16 year OLD DAUGHTER !!!IN 23h , ALMOST MIDNIGHT I WAS ON THE STREET WITH MY PREGNANT WIFE,DAUGHTER AND 7kg dog !!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also within walking distance of the historical center, which made exploring the city very convenient.

Rooms slightly small

Location is great with a short walk to the old town and attractions, the staff are incredible super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was enjoyable place to relax between adventures through the town.

Noise pollution .The hotel is centred very close to a busy road which resulted in continual traffic noise.

Wonderful staff who were so helpful. We arrived later in the evening so was lovely to have the rooftop bar/restaurant to get something to eat. Great food & good value for money. Try the mojito! The beds & room was super comfortable & everywhere from the hotel is within walking distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic. A great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, cheese, meats etc etc and a choice of cooked eggs anyway you liked them.

Everything was made easy, just what we like.
