Pros +
- Location was very good. The room itself wasn't bad and the view from the room was very nice.
- I liked the great location
- Breakfast was very nice. The location next to the sea perfect. In general very clean. Family friendly
Cons -
- Functions room right above the bedroom. Therefore very noisy. Unable to sleep. Restaurant staff impertinent, rude and unpolished.
- There were drinks (coke, juice) in the mini-fridge that seemed free since anything that cost money was labeled as such. However, I was charged 14 euros for consuming them. It seemed intentionally deceptive.
- I did NOT like the staff’s unfriendly attitude, not enough toilet paper in the room (when I asked for more, I was given 1/5 of a roll) I definitely did not take COLD showers the last two days (there was no warm Water the last 2-days) - I certainly did not like seeing dead “huge roaches” every day in the stairs. The hotel is being advertised as having sound proof walls. BUT the e walls did not really block the outside noice.

Breakfast was very nice. The location next to the sea perfect. In general very clean. Family friendly
The first room was quite loud because of a ventilatior which brought probably the kitchen air out of the building. The second room with seaview was really nice but the carrier of the curtain broke down in the night because of bad montage work. The food in the restaurant is too expensive for its value
It was very close to the beach
The elevator was not functioning They didn’t have chairs for the beach
Almost nothing!
Rude receptionist, absolutely unfriendly with customers! They have no place for siting for the arriving guest of hotel, also they didn't let us to have caffe in the restaurant!
The room was great. They did an excellent job cleaning it, although I always had to request an extra towel. The breakfast was alright but I would have preferred fresh eggs over the hard boiled, overcooked option.
The fact that there was no elevators. Stairs only. I did not let them know prior to my arrival that I had knee issues so I had to walk 3 flights of stairs every day. Somewhat manageable but would prefer to have known that and accommodations met/room changed once they knew.I also thought my room was very dark that I saw no sunlight in morning.
Good location.
We did not have blankets for the bed the first 2 nights. The coffee pot did not work and was not replaced. Loud music from nearby nightclub. Did not have a bidet as was advertised.
Bath tub, close to the sea
The drain smelled very bad and there was very loud music until the morning
The location is great, close to the beach. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good.
The elevator was not functional, and the AC was not properly working. It was very warm in the room during the night.
Staff was the highest strong point of our stay there, which really says something because the entirety of the experience was amazing. Upon arrival we were amazed to find the state of the hotel. It is situated on the beach (which we knew before renting), but the location is actually prime with amazing restaurants right on the board walk and especially the hotel restaurant directly underneath. Rooms were surprisingly large, as was the interior of the hotel itself which was such a welcome surprise. All was well until around 2 am on our 2nd of 3 nights there, when an electrical fire started near the top of the building. Guests were evacuated promptly and emergency services were called immediately as we all waited outside. The fire was nothing major and while waiting hotel staff took care of remaining guests by providing water as we got the all clear message from firefighters and police. Staff of El Coso took the time to inform us that we would be spending the night at another hotel nearby as cleaning of the rooms took place. We were informed the next morning we would not be able to return to our room due to the pervasive smell of the electrical fire, which lingered into our clothes. While we unfortunately lost hours of our trip and most of our last day of vacation, they put us in amazing apartments with an overview of the beach and apologized for the inconvenience. If we had the chlice to choose again, we would most certainly choose El Coso and the amazing staff.
Nothing, not applicable
We loved a location, beachfront, a lot of restaurants nearby. Piti there was not a supermarket, but the rest was ok. Staff was friendly, especially administration, always ready to help if any questions. Cleaning service was also good. The only minus was a limit of breakfast, but it’s not a big problem.
Location was great and right on the beach. Room was great, smart tv view and comfort as well as air conditioning
Building was a bit rundown and board options were limited. Also noise isolation would be great since it’s right by a concert ground and music noises were on all night every night
Location Lovely restaurant
Smell from drainage was quite strong in the room
The room was great, very spacious. The view was beautiful. The only issue was the noise. Club Marina plays very loud club music until 4am
Wonderful accomodation, very helpful and nice staff. Great location.
Breakfast were quite poor.
Good size room and beautiful view of the ocean from those with ocean facing windows.
Very friendly personnel.Nice restaurant downstairs. Good location.
Good location.WiFi very bad - slow at 6-10 MBps and frequently cuts off.Flat has lots of modern convenience's - kettle , toaster , microwave , dishwasher and washing machine.
The location could be good for the beach holiday but not as good for the city holiday - it's really far from the city centre. The girls at the reception are nice.
1. There were no windows in the room. There was the tiny hole in the wall which overlooked some kind of a kitchen hall which always smelt of food. As a result, there was no air in the room to breathe for three people and it was unpleasant to sleep at night. I assume, there are rooms with windows and even a balcony and its just that we werent lucky, but shouldn't such rooms without windows be much cheaper or it should be stated somehow that you're choosing the room without a window? It's good that while we were staying there it wasn't hot outside and we were just staying for a couple of nights. 2. The room was dirty. Between the bedside table and the bed there were some food leftovers and it was dusty. I assume the floor is washed only in the middle. When we turned on the light in the bathroom, clumps of dust started falling out of the exhaust fan. There are some lamps made of fabric covered with a thick layer of dust.3. There was a horrible smell coming out of the shower drain and we had to plug it with a plastic bag which made it much better.4. The breakfasts looked poor- just a few slices of jamon, salami, eggs, some slices of fruit. There wasn't a single vegetable. There was nothing to choose from. And it was absolutely the same every day. You won't be hungry of course, but it's not what a hotel brealfast with rate 8 looks like.
