We can hear any sound from inside and outside the building which was very annoying.

Great location, pretty interiors, very helpful and courteous staff. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. For my birthday, the staff organised cake and cava, which I appreciated very much.

Our room was a bit cramped.

Very charming hotel located in the center of the old town. Cosy room (107) with two windows and view on the historic buildings. Beautiful bathroom, also with a window. Delicious breakfast.

Due to the bad weather the rooftop was of no use (not the fault of the hotel). Only one restaurant, while the website of the hotel might give another impression.

The staff was really amazing. What struck me is how they knew about my birthday and prepared me a surprise birthday gift with a letter. I honestly had a little crying moment because I didn’t expect that and I was far from my family. In fact, it was my only birthday gift…

We stayed two nights in December, and it was an excellent choice.The location is fantastic — tucked just off Plaza de la Virgen, yet wonderfully peaceful, with everything in the historic centre as well as restaurants all within easy walking distance. It made exploring Valencia effortless.Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and luxuriously appointed, offering a level of comfort we really appreciated after long days of commute and sightseeing. The staff were a standout throughout our stay — exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful, assisting us with directions, restaurant recommendations, and luggage without hesitation.Breakfast was cosy and intimate, with a great selection of high-quality options, all delicious and warmly served at our table — a lovely way to start the day.Our only regret is that we stayed just two nights. This is definitely a hotel worth lingering in, and we would highly recommend staying longer if time allows. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Valencia.

The sound proofing in our room wasn’t amazing. So one of the nights wasn’t very restful. Also the breakfast set up wasn’t great.

The hotel is a magnificent property in old town only surpassed by the outstanding staff and their particular attention to the guests. From check in to the time we left after two days the lobby staff were all excellent. Great hotel!!!

Very beautiful and charming hotel and the staff was incredible service minded. The rooftop is stunning and the room nice and spacious and the complementary minibar was refilled everyday. Location is top in Valencia.

Partly my fault not to read the description better, but a 5* hotel in my book has at least, if not all of them, a gym, a spa or a pool. This hotel has neither.I booked the junior suite and the room was nice and spacious. However, the windows are not sound insulated, so every car etc. driving on the square in front of the hotel went straight through, so it is not for the noise sensitive. It also took around 2 minutes to get hot water in the shower, but this is probably just part of the Spanish charme. Lastly, a 5* hotel in my book also have duvets and proper duvet covers. Not some thin cotton wool blanket with a sheet below and above. Other than this, nothing to complain about, but from a traveler with high standards it is a 4* and the few details like no duvet makes it a 8 rating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The property is ideally located, providing convenient access to the city’s main attractions. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant experience. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking both comfort and convenience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful recommending placesto visit in the city. We loved the hotel location and the breakfast, which was included was delicious.

Three nights was the maximum we could afford. Thus, perhaps offering a fourth nigh at a lower rate or free would have been a great incentive to stay longer.
