Ace Hôtel Paris Marne La Vallée

Good price, so pleased with the overall value. Breakfast was excellent.

Thermostat didn’t work for individual room temperature control. Room was excessively hot and we couldn’t use air conditioning because it “wasn’t the right season” and that was controlled building-wide so heat was the only option. That was ridiculous.

location is a bit far. breakfast is okay

no kettle in the room for hot water

It was clean , welcoming

Food so poor

You will be in desert No Help , No Communication, no languages… so if you are going there make sure that the Internet is your Friend .. Not WiFi !!! They will hack you in seconds!!!!!

Really practical 10 minutes away from Disneyland. Clean with a twin bed

firstly place was amazing.calm and peaceful ?. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment?.. We stayed there for 2 days only but were impressed by its exceptional customer service and clean and spacious rooms.breakfast was good.small variety and good quality.❤️

We stayed one night after a tiring day in disney and it was super comfortable The room is quite spacious even with 2 kids. Facilities are newParking is free and super easy

Breakfast could be better but you get what you pay

Close to a bus stop, to Disney and a big mall

The room was too small, we were four guests and they only left three Towels. They sent the fourth but the next day they took it away and we had One that had a hole. They didn’t take the trash from the desk out the first day. The breakfast didn’t have many options and the mugs for the coffee were dirty.

Good service, free parking. Clean room. Nearly bus stop going to Disneyland about 15-20 minutes. ? next time come back.

Stayed at an Ace before and the layout was the same. Good size for the cost and comfortable for family with teens. Front desk check-in was very good.

Not as clean as the other property. Badly in need of refurbishing. Multiple stains on the carpet and mold in the bathroom. Body wash ran out. Breakfast was overwhelmed by the number of guests and took a long time to restock without any updates.

Very comfortable beds, perfect room temperature, modern facilities with everything you need, nice breakfast and great location to visit Disney with a bus stop very nearby.

Staff was nice, but could have been more welcoming. At breakfast, a few things ran out and there weren't anymore left. But all small details.

Just 15 min by uber to the parks, room size was nice, breakfast was simple but was good for what we needed. It’s a very simple hotel, don’t expect anything fancy.Loved that you can open the window in the room! Also the AC was good.

Hotel could use a cosmetic refresh but I guess that’s part of the charm.

The family and I are delighted, the hotel is too good, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, the whole hotel is clean, the staff is top, clean 10, we will for sure come back.

İt was so clean, huge and free parking slots, close to the bus station and kind staff

Not much choice during the breakfast,

We had a restful night, clean room, nice breakfast accomodating staff

More option in breakfast

Easy to catch the bus both to Disneyland and to Paris, comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Perfect parking .

Missing vegetables for breakfast, lot of sweet things but even no tomatoes or cucumber to put on your bread and you have to come to staff all the time to tell them that plates are empty . Already by 8:30 you won’t find bread or ham and it was messy . I think they need to have extra staff for breakfast time as tin impossible to work in reception and in restaurant in same time. Missing tea and coffee facilities in the room and water glass

Very helpful staff. Great public transport links. Comfortable beds. Fantastic shower. Breakfast simple but very good quality products and great value for money. Black out blind so great for young families.

Room was a little warm at night and air conditioning not available till summer months. No in room tea/coffee making facilities.

The location of this hotel, which is near Disneyland Paris, was great. You can get to Disneyland Paris in 15 minutes, and several good restaurants are close to this hotel. The staff at Ace Hotel are very welcoming and provide some warmth.

The breakfast was elementary. Crepes were missing, and to be told no stock anymore. There was one pear and then no pear another day. We had to make our own boiled eggs. The cutlery wasn't washed properly. The bedroom was very basic, and the amenities in the bathroom were poor. They gave us one hand soap to be used by 3 guests within the same room. We asked them to clean the room, and they didn't refill the shampoo. The toilets weren't cleaned properly when we entered the property.

Location, price, staff and cleanliness were all really good.

Could of had some extra pillows and blanket avaliable with more options for breakfast.

All , parking, breakfast , ...Thanks for everything

It would be great if they put slippers in the rooms AndDuring the 4 days we stayed here, the pillowcases and duvet covers were not changed, which made me upset.
