The breakfast is very good, bar is well stocked, and very friendly staff.

The extra bed in the room was a cot and not the most comfortable, but it served its purpose.

It's location from Disney land is ok. I wish they had a shuttle.

The breakfast was the same old same old everyday with NO variation AT ALL.

It has small bugs, too untidy rooms, small insects and they don’t clean hotel and rooms at all.

Cleanliness

We went for breakfast 15 minutes before closing, and the hotel staff’s behavior was impolite. The buffet food and beverages were removed very quickly, and it felt as though they were specifically targeting the food we were taking. Out of courtesy, they should have informed us that the food would be removed soon so that we could take the breakfast items we wanted first.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and a good size, and the breakfast was very yummy! Perfect location if you are going to Disneyland Paris. It’s about a 20 minute bus ride to Disneyland Paris!

Very disappointing stay – not worth the moneyMy experience at this hotel was far below expectations. The service was extremely poor from the start. The first receptionist, Salah, was not helpful at all. Although there was a shuttle bus available to Disneyland, he only recommended taking a taxi, which was unnecessarily expensive.The room lacked basic amenities – no slippers for the bathroom, and despite the Booking.com listing stating that room service was available, there was none. Housekeeping was also disappointing: they didn’t change the bedsheets, didn’t replace used glasses, and left trays sitting on the table without clearing them.The room phone wasn’t working, and even after informing the reception, nobody came to fix it. Overall, it felt like the staff just didn’t care.This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m giving it a very low rating.

Great location to get to Disneyland, a bus not far away. A few restaurants in the vicinity. Very clean, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Everything about the hotel was good, the staff were lovely, the food tasted great and the ambience was pleasant.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, esepcailly Joseph the Receptionist at night- I had a problem with my phone and he went out of his way to be helpful.
