The staff are very cool, and the location is excellent.

Check in took very long time . I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 and I checked in almost at 3.00 p.m . There was no iron in my room and the reception got one for me ! A minor thing should be taken care of for future reference!

Firstly I would like to thank Mohsin the front desk manager for his genuine smile and hospitality, his recommendations and customer service are true to Moroccan hospitality. All the staff from Youssef to the parking guest server and doormen were gentlemen’s! I will be back and hopefully soon. The staff are top notch. Areas of improvement:1.The phone was not working,2. Water and expresso pods were not refilled until I called and my request was granted pleasantly.3. The pastry is very subpar for breakfast including the OJ which very poor ( Morocco is famous for its oranges and fresh squeezed OJ goes a long way)4. Walls need repainting below the flat screen ( excellent choice of channels btw).

As I explained there are areas of improvement! Few tweaks and generosity will be the icing on the cake! Extra amenities such as lotions, slippers and bath robes are essential!!

The stuff were extremely friendly and helpful; the room was very clean and neat, the location is superb; and the breakfast is simple essential but delicious.

Beautiful property! Loved hearing the church bells in the morning. The doormen and the lovely front desk girl were so nice and accommodating. The bellmen where always ready to help in anyway that they could. The hotel itself is very nice! I booked it just because I loved the look of the outside and it delivered! I enjoyed the ability to open the door to the outside and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Tetouan.

However, we had an issue with the guy at the front desk. He was quite rude and condescending towards us for not having our marriage license handy. I won't get into details, but it was pretty rough. Although married for some time he wanted to refuse our stay. Finally the manager was helpful and let us have the accommodation after going leaps and bounds to prove our marital union. There were also a couple of extra little visitors in our room that I noticed at night. We just escorted them to the bottom of my shoe.

All staff members were friendly from the doorman all the way to the receptionist- Room was very comfy and clean- Breakfast was good

- The gym was not operational- Their was some noise on the streets since my room was overlooking the street.

Beautiful Hotel in the centre of Tetouan, quite elegant and modern. Staff was very nice and helpful, they also assisted us to find a parking garage nearby. Room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful large terrace outside, where to enjoy a nice view of the city.

The bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating and the breakfast buffet was excellent

There was a sulphur/ sewer smell in our room and other areas of the hotel.
