Staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Parking on street was not what we expected but did serve the purpose. Breakfast and staff were top notch.

Nasty préjudice attitudes racisme from the Moroccan staff to me and African American women travelling solo. I guess i want the right skin color they wanted at their hotel. The Moroccan office manager she was the worst. She was watching me like i was a Criminal. She never cracked a smile and was just unfriendly towards me. The room was uncomfortable. People making noise running up and down the hallway all night long I never saw security put a half to it.

The AC was nice. The location was not bad, in the middle of the old town and beach area.

The “Queen” bed that I booked were two twin beds put close to each other and claimed to be a queen, so that was very uncomfortable. The room we were put in was not in range with the WiFi they had. It would continuously show one bar of internet and flicker in and out of the WiFi. The reception was of no help with that.

The staff was nice, the location is perfect, the double glass window very efficient with the main street. the breakfast was various, delicious and warm welcoming.

unfortunately, the restaurant belonging to the hotel doesn't propose a large and various menu, they are spanish meals, in spanish language, they must put them selves in client position, not everybody speaks spanish. and big thank you

The room amenities need improvement, very minimal toiletries are provided.The towels have a very strong bleach odor.The bed and pillows are really uncomfortable.

This hotel is so underrated , the pictures doesn’t show how beautiful this hotel is , beautiful rooms, so clean, good food , nice staff, amazing location close to the big supermarkets and right next to McDonald’s .I loved everything about it plus it’s way cheaper than most of the hotels in the city I don’t know because it’s way better. Staff was friendly, location was nice and quiet and the restaurant downstairs was excellent.

We had issues with the sliding bathroom door. It didn’t close.

It was in a good location. The room was very clean and well maintained. The room was a basic twin room. With bathroom and desk as well as closet. I liked that you had main lighting and bedside lamps. Fresh towels and bedding provided daily. Staff were friendly and helpful although English was not the main language. Although there is an airport across the road there are very few flights and the planes are quieter than the traffic. All in all this was a good hotel and I would stay again. It is a good basic clean hotel with friendly staff and good location.

The property is on a main road and the traffic can be quite loud. However I knew this before booking but something to be aware of. The shower was very small so be mindful of this! It also filled up very quickly so if washing hair the bathroom would flood unless you stopped and allowed the water to drain. The walls are quite thin and you can hear quite a lot from other rooms, again something to consider if you are easily disturbed- for myself it wasn’t a problem.

The check in was smooth, the parking is street parking in quite a safe area. The view from the window was absolutely amazing if you like planespotting since you get to sit on the balcony and watch planes landing since the runway is very well visible from the hotel.

There was only one towel provided in a room occupied by two people.

I really liked how the personal are nice and accomodating, the Hotel is clean, with good food, great placement. I highly recommend it.

It a good basic hotel for a night on a RoadTrip. Parking for motorbikes and a good restaurant 200m away. And it comes with quite good breakfast!
