The hotel was very clean

Everything was fine. Only the staff at the cafeteria. After arrival we ordered a coffee and a juice. We waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes, but nothing happened. Then I went there and the juice was ready, but the guy not even started to prepare the coffee. In the morning, when we went to take breakfast, nobody said good morning. They just kept quiet. Even they have a nice coffee machine they just offered instant coffee.

The young woman at the reception desk, Roumaissaa, was very professional and helpful. She got us checked in without delay and helped us get an invoice for our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The window to our room was not sealed well and therefore there was a bit of traffic noise. I would love to see them use their nice coffee machine for the breakfast service.

Nice room with a beautiful view of mountains from the window, with a pretty view of sunset. This hotel had the best breakfast options we have had during our 2.5 weeks trip around Morocco. Lift available.

Not so close to the city center, but pretty close to the bus station.

The hotel is satisfying.It needs a bit of amenities like tissue boxes in the room, slippers, better beddings

No room service after midnight Night staffing at night is not enough

Great brekafast and wonderful staff, very professional and very attentive to all guests. Good variety of items on the buffet. Coffee was OK, not the best, so I had to order cappuccino for 20 DH every morning. Room was very clean and the cleaning lady did a great jon every day. Shower is nice and hot water was available. Part of the shower wall needs caulking.

The personal is very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness and comfort is remarkable.

The gym needs to be improved

The buffet evening meal was very poor . Very limited with food dishes empty and not refilled even though I waited for staff to refill which they did not

The walls are thin you can hear people if they talk also breakfast can improve but it is good

Last minute booking and was very pleased considering I originally booked my stay at the Casa Blanca, which was a huge disappointment. I would certainly recommend the Prestige Hotel

Breakfast was very poor, we didn't even go there on the second morning of our stay. Location is a bit far from the centre and you need to go up a really steep hill. A good cardio though.
