- The AC was not functioning properly, but repaired as soon as I called?

- No workout facility, for a 4 Star hotel that’s a shame.

The only may "not so bad" was the security guy outside of the hotel...
Everything was very bad ?, essentially, the receptionist guy wasn't friendly, not professional....The room is very small, the bathroom is small, and the TV is out of order Finally, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone ...Very bad experience...
Great location friendly staff very clean room very quite and tranquil great place for rest especially by the pool will be coming back in future
Didn't like the fluffy rug in the room

The staff here were incredible! They are loyal to Booking.com customers. They were so very accommodating. The pool was a wonderful reprieve from the heat of the day. I enjoyed my stay.
The location is a bit far from Tetouan Medina and it was a bit challenging to get a taxi back to the hotel. If you like a firm bed, you’ll like the beds here.
