Pros +
- Great location, service, room, cleanliness, and view. I was very happy with the value for money. I often travel to Tetuan on business, and this will be my go-to hotel from now on.
- Breakfast and Mohamed Yassine were excellent and the warmth at the front desk also really helps the overall experience. My room was quiet and comfortable. Location hard to beat there in Tetouan near Old Town. Two garages nearby.
- Great restaurant food and breakfast with beautiful Mountain Views. Our hotel room also had beautiful view of mountain. Comfortable beds. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Location is great; just a 10 minute walk to Feddan Park and 15 walk to royal palace. Only 5 min taxi ride to bus station to go to places like Chefchaouen and Tangier.
Cons -
- This is the worse hotel I experienced in Morocco. 1. bad staff, chatted us to change our superior king size room with great view to a standard room. 2. Didn't turn back our Visa and made us drive back 2 hrs to take our VISA. Totally ruined our trip!
- Can't think of anything!
- A little bit difficult to get a local taxi if you have a lot of luggage with you, but staff was very good at helping us get a taxi.

The staff was goodThe location of the Hotel is perfectTha food is Amazing
Good location and a beautiful view of the Rif mountains
They didn’t have proper size towels. Only hand towels and bathrobes
Wow, this property blew away my expectations!I chose to stay in a Chambre Deluxe based off of the photos of the property. These rooms are located in the turrets of the building with floor-to-ceiling windows and a breathtaking view of the mountains Tetouan is known for. The room was very well furnished and came with everything you could possibly need, including a large TV, electric kettle, mini fridge with complimentary waters, robes, and a spacious and modern bathroom; just to name a few. The room also had an AC with thermostat, which was wonderful to come back to after a day walking around the city. The breakfast buffet was yet another pleasant surprise, as there was an amazing variety and everything was delicious. The expresso machine there was particularly memorable, as I don't commonly see them at hotels in Morocco. The staff was so welcoming and kind, I truly could not have asked for more!
The only thing I can possibly caution is that the room (at least the one I stayed in) was a bit noisy and drafty. I think this has everything to do with the seal on the windows being compromised, as the round walls of the room don't allow them to sit flush in the frame.
Overall, the hotel is a full-fledged three-star hotel by international standards. The staff is very friendly and the room was immaculately clean. Location is a mere five-minute walk from the city center.Breakfast was acceptable. Emphasis is on Moroccan dishes. No fresh fruit. Eggs on demand and excellent juices.
The springs of the mattress could be felt—a mattress of poor quality.
Staff was very friendly, hotel is very clean, location is strategic in the center of the city and near the old Medina. very calm as well.
Good location. Simple but clean room. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.

My stay was perfect. I was greeted by the reception staff with a smile and a lot of care. One staff member helped with the luggage. The room was really clean and tidy. The bed comfortable. Good shower pressure and temp. Breakfast and restaurant staff were great. A big thanks to everyone in this hotel, they're doing a great job.
Nothing that I could remember.
Pleasant 3 star hotel. Modern, clean, decent breakfast.
We were surprised that the air conditioning did not work. When we called the desk we were told it wouldn’t be on for another week. So was a bit noisy as we slept with balcony door open.
The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Our room was a standard double and was bright and colourful. There were extra blankets to use if needed - it was hot when we stayed so these were not required. Staff were able to give us directions and helped make space to park our car right outside the hotel which was really convenient. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Check in was quick and check out and payment of the tourist tax was easy.
There was only one bedside light although there was a tall lamp in another corner but it was too bright to use just as a reading light so there is an opportunity to provide more atmospheric lighting perhaps dimmable lighting. We found a long hair on one of the bathroom fittings.
The hotel is located just a few minutes from the city center and has breathing views of the mountains in front of Tetuán. Breakfast includes lost or Moroccan delicious bites. The staff was very helpful and service minded. The perfect hotel to stay if you want to explore Tetuán on foot
The staff were exceptional, the breakfast spectacular, the location was very good , the hotel has some parking lots at the front and on a side of the building so you will have no problem to park outside. I recommend this hotel to stay in Tetuán.
If I have to say something, I'll say we didn't have wifi in all the premises, only in the room, but that wasn't a real issue. Everything was perfect.
The hotel was very central and close to everything. It was clean and the staff was very helpful.
It might need some new paint on the outside as the first impression was not the best but the facilities inside were great.
This hotel is well located for access to the centre of Tetouan and we were helped by the staff to park our car just across the road. Our room was large with a bay of windows to the front and side. It felt spacious and although there were a couple of details to note - no bath towels and one of the bedside lamps was not working which mattered as there was no central light - it seemed like a pleasant environment, and the staff were helpful in sorting everything out. Unfortunately, as the hotel was located near a busy road, the noise of traffic even through the night was magnified by the 'goldfish bowl' effect of the bay windows, so although the bed itself was comfortable, actual sleep was difficult. On the plus side, the buffet breakfast the next morning was very nice, and the coffee (from a decent machine) was excellent.
The hotel room / bathroom felt a little dated but and the acoustics were an issue but I'm sure a decent night's sleep is perfectly possible in a different room and the hotel is well located for a short trip to Tetuan.
Solo motorcycle rider... felt bike was secure... parked in front of reception. Arrived after dark... but had a very warm welcome and very helpful with positioning bike to maximise security. Room was good for one person... great balcony... good shower... breakfast was excellent... great choice of hot and cold buffet... would stay here again on my way through.Thank you... Shkran... Tanmirt!
Convenient location, friendly staff. Good size of the room. Good views, both from room and breakfast floor. Balcony.
The only lamp near the bed had a broken button. In the bathroom, one of the three lamps was burnt out, the second was blinking, only the third worked normally. The air conditioner was difficult to set to heating, one of the nights it was cold. The breakfast was disappointing: a lot of sweets, including fruit - which is good, but there was almost no savoury food, several types of simple pancakes and omelette to order, no vegetables or something else significant. Several dishes were just empty, maybe it's just during Ramadan.
