Hotel LA PALOMA

Not satisfied with my stay taking advantage of people coming from USA

AC wasn’t working properly also they charged me extra money over the price I paid for the breakfast also is bad and they are not organized

I liked everything. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The service was fantastic. The staff were very kind.

Parking is available but there is no shade.

Parking facilities and mication

Wifi was terrible. Cleanliness was a bit disappointingWouldn’t rate as a 4*Housekeeping came into room without knocking Breakfast not a great selection

i liked the staff and the view

the swimming pool is small

The bed was large, the view was good from the window. The swimming pool was good.

Breakfast was disgusting. Although they call it a buffet, it took them ages to refill the items. I tried to call reception twice, but they never answered!!! The staff are friendly, but their service wasn't good enough. I found the bathroom has some mould on the wall....that I didn't expect from a 4-star (!!!) hotel.

nothing was extraordinary or likeable!

extremely poor internet connection, especially in the room (108) and super slow speed to even hold a WhatsApp call.

the food, the bed, the Toilet, the mirror, the comfort, the Design, the View.

i liked it all

Disappointing

1/4 roll of toilet paper is what we hadThere is a sand and gravel company behind the hotel that was are view with the dustIt was windy in the morning and the window whistled like for 2 hours It's just a older hotel but one of the nicest in the city

Location was good.

The pool was too cold to swim in.

Reception staff

The staff were great and very helpful

No coffee or tea in the room
