The staff was proficient in English and helpful on the phone to support with late Check in. All seemed reasonable clean

The other hotel we had to stay at last minute. FAST HOTEL COMPIEGNE. Do yourself a favour and book a hotel that has an automated access system that works.

Beware of being locked out the hotel. We were not sent a reservation number that is required and were even told the booking.com reservation number would work. NOT THE CASE and the customer service teams for hotel f1 and booking.com seemed quite content for our family to sleep in the car park as a solution. When we did get in the hotel on our return leg, manager apologised and said he told booking.com to refund and it was their error. Been 4 weeks and booking.com have only just responded to multiple messages on the issue and say nothing they can do once the booking is over even though we called them that night trying to get in. Awful situation, terrible customer service. Go to a better hotel in the area. FAST HOTEL COMPIEGNE knows how to run an automated access system. HOTEL F1 and booking.com only interested in mo ey and not resolving their errors or provide quality customer service. Will be ending decade long association with booking.com

I don't want come back again

The description of the website is not realistic, 42.15euros per room, but when we arrived at the hotel, they told us that the price was a room without shower and toilet, so we had to live in a small room of 51 euros, but this price can stay in other very good hotels in Compiegne！！

zero help or support from hotel and booking.com after their failure to send reference that meant we could access our room through automation. resulted in numerous calls gonemidnight and the two blaming each other about who is responsible. We almost ended up sleeping in the car park until we found a hotel round the corner that knows how to run an automated room booking. No apology, no refund, no response. complained since and still no response. They don't care

Location nice quiet and relaxing perfect if travelling with pets.Very kind helpful staff….

A hair in my bed that was not mine. Hotel did not smell super fresh

You get what you pay for. Fine small room. I had a small bathroom. Clean and simple.

Funny smell (cannabis) in the hallway. Asked for a room on ground floor, close to entrance because of dog. Didn't get that but in the end perfect room at end of hallway, so quiet enough too.

Great stopover enroute to the south, just off the motorway. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The shared toilet facilities were ok but toilet seats needed cleaning every time (from others not cleaning up after themselves), not great with kids.

Staff were quite abrupt. People smoking right by door way in, was smelly but also quite intimidating. Area was not the best. Was noisy, walls so thin could hear everything.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, paid extra to have a toilet and shower in our room as didn't realise there were shared facilities but that was our fault!

There was a used tampon left on the floor of one of the shared showers which put us off

Super tiny room. Yes, the same square meters from description, but we barely was able both to stay inside. And no place for clothes and other things, only super small shelf = table and two hooks

Great manager, very helpful, very clean both toilet and showers, quite clean linen and covers on beds. Easy to find. Would def stay again.Had food from the machine, tea was good, very convenient including soup.

We specified that an invoice is required. But they refused to change the invoice information to the company's. When communicating about this, the management of the accommodation did not allow us to speak at all. After scolding us, he turned and left. And it is arrogant to say that the French are like this, and the French will not work according to your requirements.
