Good hotel but terrible parking
The parking is very messy, not rarely they have only one valet driver, so you get to wait a lot for your car on rush hours (e.g. when everyone is leaving for dinner).
It’s very well located, close to shoppings and the local market.

The hotel is located close to a very nice park and also to many nice restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed and pillows were rather uncomfortable. The room was very cold and there was no option to increase the temperature as the AC only blew cold air plus, I could not open the window. If you happen to be in Sao Paulo during Winter or Spring, then I would not recommend this hotel. There was also dirt that stayed in my room uncleaned for the entire period of my stay. The bathroom also has mould, but perhaps that is more of a construction issue.

Friendly service and a really good breakfast.
The room had no heating system and we had only one thin blanket to use. Also the TV wasn't smart and the internet didn't work for us so no Chromecast or streaming.
