Fast check in by friendly staff. Surroundings nice to walk our dog. Comfy bed, practical room

The large bed, and a hot bath.

Either the room (104) was too small or the bed was too large. It wasn’t possible to walk down one side of the bed.We were told that the restaurant would open at 7pm. and we made a reservation which was accepted. In fact, it was closed all evening and we had to go out to find a meal.There was nowhere to leave the room key first thing in the morning. Several guests were in the same boat.

The room was clean. The receptionist was friendly. The breakfast was very good.

For the price I was pleased surprised!

We like the location and it is very convenient for Lyon, and it is secure.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open — we rely on a meal at the end of our day’s journey without having to drive again.

Easily accesible and close to the ECL. The rooms were clean and the staff was very kind and helpful

Clean room, lovely staff and fabulous breakfast. Free parking a bonus, with excellent security gate at entrance. The grounds are lovely and relaxing with plenty of trees to look at during breakfast. When the weather is nice it's easy to sit outside to have meals. Pets are welcome, so it was nice to see families with their little dogs travelling with them.

The room was small for a twin room, however we were out most of the day and really only using the room for sleeping in so not a huge problem.

Good for stop-over. Gated parking. Small ok room. Good breakfast with options.

Not very clean, trash left in room, broken lamp and only two small towels. Restaurant simple and staff not so interested.

As expected from a Campanile location. Staff all friendly and helpful.Parking right outside our room, and secure with electronic gates.The restaurant service was charming.

All was as expected. However, additional pillows would be very helpful (for reading at night etc)

We were well received, and enjoyed an excellent supper.

Our stay was marred by small but significant niggles. We were not given the code to the electronic gate in advance. The telephone in our room did not work. The remote control for the TV was filthy and held together with sellotape. The tiles round the bath were mouldy.

The property was set in very nice grounds.

The restaurant was closed for dinner, we had no prior warning.

Comfortable bed, large desk, elegant bathroom, no noise

I was visiting my son so very near to his residence. For us location was good but charges were high but it seems it is because of high demand

They should provide basic facility in room like one water bottle

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for me. Heating in my room, worked well, but was noisy.

The walls are paper thin, I woke up thinking someone was opening my door. You can hear everything next door.

The breakfast was very good (but a bit pricey) and the room was heated and the bed very comfortable.

The price was a bit high for that kind of room and location. Also, the window were facing the garden and people walking could look into the room.

Location was ok, the hotel is located on a bigger domaine and has a beautifull garden.Parking next to the hotel is an advantage.

On arrival I had to wait a while before somebody was available for the check-in. The staff was occupied in the restaurant and there was no dedicated receptionist.There is no lift so when you have some luggage going to your room on the first floor is a little more difficult.My room was located just in front of the stairs, which caused some noise from people going up and down, especially because I had to leave the window open to have some fresh air, there is no air conditioning in the room.there where also mosquitos in the room.The television was not connected.
