Broken bed, poor room condition, cleaness, poor service of staffs, broken door, inconvenient location, considering all the bad elements of the hotel, price was really high and unreasonable

The staff was very kind

The floor was very dirtyI had to wear shoes in the room. When going to shower there was a yellow sticky film on the floor so I also had to wear shoes in the shower. The shower head had a hole in it. Roaches and parking was complicated

Good location for our needs, very helpful staff, delicious breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was very positive for a quick, and comfortable stay. We were travelling with 2 toddlers. If you are a traveller like me, make sure to book the extra sofa bed for your children too. Worth all the pennies.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

The reception lady was not very welcoming. Also, as it was a Sunday evening, we were sent a message from the Hotel that the restaurant was closed but there would be snacks available (pizzas). That was ok by us but when we went down to get a snack and a drink at 18h30 the receptionist said that there were no pizzas and that the bar was closed!!!! Very disappointing and we had to go out and find somewhere to eat. Fortunately a competitive Hotel (Camponile) was 5 minute walk and we ate there with pleasant staff and lovely food. How a prestigious Hotel chain cannot serve dinner on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings is baffling.

Large room, clean bedsheets and pillows

Everywhere in the hotel is old and needs renovations. The bathtub is user friendly for elderly people, not easy to get in and get out of the bathtub, also very slippery that makes it difficult to stand safely during shower.

- a possibility to choose a paid underground parking garage or a free-of-charge roof parking lot- a check-out at 12 o'clock- a cozy apartment- a fridge

- not clear arrows in the garage (on the walls versus on the floor)

Easy check in process and great room size.Staff very friendly.Breakfast lovely and huge choice.Carpet a bit stained in few places and ceiling needs new plaster or paint. Otherwise clean sheets and room warm and comfy. Great underground garage but be aware of the slope and walls.If car you are driving is wide and long, (5.3 m long) take your time.

Bad

So we paid 120€ total for hotel and parking, we selected to pay a room with 2 separate beds, when we got there we had a normal bed and a sofa bed (not what we paid for), as the sofa bed is completely uncomfortable, I had back issues and needed to sleep on it, because I went to the reception and the receptionist told me he had no more rooms, which I do not believe as it was a normal Thursday in the middle of May and the hotel was empty, it looked liked he didn’t want to give a proper room and save for some possible reservations.I explained that and he didn’t gave me another one and was rude.When trying to sleep the room was really hot, and when we turned on the AC to cool it, it blew hot air instead of cold, so we needed to sleep with the window open to get fresh and we didn’t feel comfortable but it had to be, also the bed smelled bad and the shower shampoo and lotion holder was not properly fixed to the wall, this should be free but we had to pay 120€ for this conditions… never again I will use this brand of hotels

Disappointing

The rooms were not clean. There were hair in the bathroom. There was no hot water. Reception promised us they will check it but it was not fixed.

The staff members were nice, kind and polite .

It needs a proper renovation . Very used place with lots of wear and tear.

That it had a free parking and the rooms were warm and quiet

The rooms need a refresher and a deeper clean. Not the standard of a 4 star hotel. The carpet in the room was dirty and the house keeping was sloppy.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good secure parking.

No negatives

Handy next to the highway, our pitstop place towards the south. Nice yet busy pool when everyone were seeking for refreshing moment after a drive.

Really busy for dinner, we couldn’t find a spot so still had to seat the family in the car to go for a dinner.

I really loved the hotel itself - the location is great (very close to the main highway), hotel is very nice, room spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. There is a mini gym I used and a swimming pool. A big plus for a free parking on the roof, you can user more secure one (you need to pay additionally) in the basement which is very convenient.

Unfortunately I was not happy with the way I was treated by the personnel - during check out it was very chaotic and they tried to charge me for a breakfast that I did not have in my reservation. Additionally after couple of hours I saw that hotel charged me second time for my stay (hours after I left!!). When I called, it took them a while to track what happened and it turned out they charged me by mistake and they refunded me. I had a couple of phone calls with the reception desk stuff to make sure that everything is sorted and no one said sorry to me or admitted they made a mistake, which was disappointing.
