The room was extremely dusty. We had trouble sleeping due congestion. We asked them to clean the room but it was not cleaned. The room had a weird smell and air conditioning did not work. They gave us an electric heater which made the room smell even worse due to dust collected on it and burned

Wifi quality varies from room to room.

Clean and comfortable large room, free parking is a big advantage. Also a magnificent, peaceful garden. Definitely a hotel we will stay in again for a longer period.

Very nice hotel located not far from the highway. Private parking is a huge plus. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was really good too. Friendly staff.

The reception desk was the bar, thought that was abit strange. Our clean parked car got covered (a lot) in brown dust from the gardeners

Advertise a restaurant on booking but not open , we booked on this basis as we had just done 10 hours driving .Offered a 12 euro breakfast ? Not sure how that works if the restaurant is not open ?? The bathroom was nice but the room was tired .

Staff were very kind and helpful! They generously accommodated my extra requests and enquiries and couldn't have been nicer. Really contributed to my enjoyable stay. Room was clean and pleasant.The hotel is set in a small but lovely park which I wished I'd had more time to explore. I did go for a short walk though after check out before my train and it was beautiful. (Be warned though, the picturesque building in photos is not the actual hotel building!)

It's quite far to the centre of Lyon, which I knew of course from the map so that's not a problem. However, although there's a nearby bus stop, I would recommend checking the timetable if travelling by bus and not coming back late in the evening, as I had to get a bus to a further stop and the walk was unlit and didn't feel terribly safe. The nearby bus stop was fine though.Also the entrance is not where marked on Google maps! You have to walk a bit further...

Cleanness, location, comfort, quietness, the rooms were very nice.

Good location, easy and safe to park a car. They have an own property for that. Very very friendly staff.

The only tiny thing it’s a squeaking door in a bathroom. However it’s not a big deal.)

Some corporate event was going on and they had a party until late at night in the garden, right under our window. We were disturbed by the sounds of laughter and loud music until quite late.Buffet breakfast was average.

No food served at the restaurant, and there are no walking distance restaurants around (although they do offer jars of food that you can buy there)Room smelled of tobacco a little.
